文章摘要為了探討被子植物幼苗發(fā)育初期Chl生物合成和調(diào)控機制,本文采用不同波長的光照和抗生素處理,分析了光照誘導(dǎo)綠豆黃花幼苗發(fā)育初期Chl含量的變化和抗生素對Chl生物合成的影響.結(jié)果表明:綠豆黃化幼苗在光照最初4 h,單色光有利于Chl生物合成;光照4 h后,單色光不利于Chl生物合成;同時單色光能夠誘導(dǎo)提早Chl b生物合成,BL的作用大于RL1和RL2;脈沖光可以誘導(dǎo)Chl生物合成;抗生素實驗顯示,在光照2 h內(nèi),Chl生物合成過程不受質(zhì)體和細胞核的調(diào)控;光照2 h以后,細胞核對Chl 生物合成有明顯的調(diào)控作用,光照12 h后葉綠體的發(fā)育對Chl生物合成有明顯的作用.本實驗從亞細胞器水平探討了綠豆幼苗發(fā)育過程Chl生物合成的可能調(diào)控機制.

AbstrThe changes of chlorophyll content and influences of antibiotics on chlorophyll biosynthesis in Phaseolus radiatus seedings were studied under different treatments using fight and antibiotics. Results showed that the monochromatic lights were advantageous to the Chl biosynthesis of etiolution seedling of Phaseolus radiatus in illumination 4 h at first and did not favor after illumination 4 h. The monochromatic light can induce Chl b biosynthesis earlier than the white light, and the effect of blue light is bigger than the red light 1 and red light 2. The pulse light may induce the Chl biosynthesis. The Chl biosynthesis was not regulated by the plastid and nucleus using antibiotic experiments in illumination 2 h, and by the nucleus after illumination 2 h and by the plastid after illumination 12 h. The Chl biosynthesis and regulation mechanism in Phaseolus radiatus seedling were discussed in terms of their subcellular level.
