【摘要】：伴隨著科技的進(jìn)步,移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)、通信技術(shù)和移動(dòng)終端設(shè)備的快速發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為人們生活不可缺少的一部分,同時(shí)也在深深的影響著我們的生活方式與質(zhì)量。人們每天生活在網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息覆蓋與手機(jī)等移動(dòng)終端設(shè)備交互的環(huán)境下,辦公環(huán)境與辦公方式也在潛移默化之中發(fā)生巨大的革新變化,正朝著“移動(dòng)化辦公”的趨勢(shì)發(fā)展。本論文是對(duì)企業(yè)移動(dòng)協(xié)同辦公平臺(tái)領(lǐng)域的研究,在結(jié)合管理學(xué)、人機(jī)交互設(shè)計(jì)、信息架構(gòu)和用戶體驗(yàn)等理論基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)辦公群體進(jìn)行了文獻(xiàn)研究和實(shí)地調(diào)研,分析歸納用戶研究要素,提出了基于移動(dòng)端企業(yè)協(xié)同辦公平臺(tái)的新的交互設(shè)計(jì)原則和信息架構(gòu)理論,可以為未來(lái)移動(dòng)辦公領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)研究提供理論參考。論文首先對(duì)課題背景現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,通過(guò)大量的文獻(xiàn)研究和理論探討,來(lái)為課題研究提供理論研究工具。之后又分析了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目開發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)辦公的形態(tài),從團(tuán)隊(duì)的組織功能層面和項(xiàng)目研發(fā)業(yè)務(wù)流程層面進(jìn)行研究分析,得出了在傳統(tǒng)的辦公模式下開展團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作存在的問(wèn)題。其次,通過(guò)對(duì)辦公中現(xiàn)存的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,并得出移動(dòng)端協(xié)同辦公應(yīng)用軟件可以解決現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題的必要性和現(xiàn)實(shí)性,之后論文中提出了基于手機(jī)載體的企業(yè)協(xié)同辦公平臺(tái)信息的設(shè)計(jì)原則。通過(guò)研宄企業(yè)協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)信息架構(gòu)和功能模塊,并結(jié)合手機(jī)移動(dòng)終端的特點(diǎn),提出了基于移動(dòng)終端的協(xié)同辦公平臺(tái)建設(shè)的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范和信息架構(gòu)。最后,論文以“用戶為中心”的設(shè)計(jì)方法論來(lái)指導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐的開展,以問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和競(jìng)品分析的方法來(lái)對(duì)用戶進(jìn)行研究,獲取了目標(biāo)用戶群體的實(shí)際辦公需求。并給出了不同的設(shè)計(jì)方案,最后篩選出最佳的設(shè)計(jì)方案。本論文對(duì)協(xié)同辦公軟件移動(dòng)終端的交互設(shè)計(jì)研究提供了重要的理論參考,并且對(duì)移動(dòng)辦公軟件客戶端的交互界面完善設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范提供了有價(jià)值的借鑒。論文的研究成果應(yīng)用于公司用戶的實(shí)際辦公過(guò)程中,文中提出研究的方法與設(shè)計(jì)理論也成功地運(yùn)用到對(duì)原有的產(chǎn)品版本的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)之中,用戶使用優(yōu)化后的產(chǎn)品有良好的反饋是對(duì)本論文設(shè)計(jì)成果的肯定。
[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology, the rapid development of mobile Internet technology, communication technology and mobile terminal equipment has become an indispensable part of people's life, and also deeply influences our way of life and quality. People live in the environment where the network information covers and mobile terminal devices such as mobile phones, and the office environment and office mode also have great innovation and change in the latent mobility, and are developing towards the trend of the "mobile office". Based on the theories of management, man-machine interaction design, information architecture and user experience, this paper makes a literature research and field investigation on the working group, and analyzes the elements of the user's research. This paper puts forward the new interactive design principle and information architecture theory based on the mobile terminal cooperative office platform, and can provide the theoretical reference for the related research in the future mobile office area. This paper first studies the background of the subject, and provides a theoretical research tool for the research of the subject through a large number of literature and theoretical studies. Then, the paper analyzes the form of the development team of the Internet enterprise product project, analyzes the research and analysis from the team's organizational function level and the project R & D business process level, and obtains the problems of the team collaboration under the traditional office mode. Secondly, through the analysis of the existing problems in the office, the necessity and reality of the existing problems can be solved by the mobile terminal collaborative office application software, and the design principle of the information of the enterprise collaborative office platform based on the mobile phone carrier is put forward in the paper. Through the development of the information structure and function module of the collaborative office system of the enterprise, and in combination with the characteristics of the mobile terminal of the mobile phone, the design code and the information structure of the collaborative office platform construction based on the mobile terminal are put forward. Finally, the paper guided the development of the design practice with the design methodology of the "User-Centric", and carried out the research on the user by the method of the questionnaire and the competition analysis, and acquired the actual office demand of the target user group. The different design schemes are given, and the best design scheme is finally selected. This paper provides an important theoretical reference for the interactive design of the mobile terminal of the collaborative office software, and provides valuable reference for the improvement of the design specifications of the interactive interface of the mobile office software client. The research results of the paper are applied to the actual office process of the user of the company, and the method and the design theory of the research are also successfully applied to the optimization design of the original product version, and the user uses the optimized product with good feedback is the positive result of the design of the thesis.
