聚類算法及其在新型中小型企業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)中的實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展和“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”思想的推廣,企業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)在中小型企業(yè)經(jīng)營上扮演著越來越重要的角色,由于中小型企業(yè)的資源有限導(dǎo)致信息化水平落后,因此如何利用技術(shù)創(chuàng)新提升中小型企業(yè)的效率成為研究熱點。本文通過與企業(yè)的交流,分析需求,提出并實現(xiàn)一個集核心業(yè)務(wù)功能、先進(jìn)技術(shù)方法、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘算法等資源為一體的新型中小型企業(yè)管理系統(tǒng),幫助中小型企業(yè)低成本地引入一個便捷高效的管理系統(tǒng),輔助企業(yè)決策。本文的主要研究成果如下:(1)針對中小型企業(yè)的實際需求,設(shè)計了一種輕量級的技術(shù)架構(gòu)。該架構(gòu)基于MVC設(shè)計模式,采用JFinal技術(shù)框架和微信企業(yè)號高度結(jié)合的開發(fā)模式,保證了文中企業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)在具有安全性、穩(wěn)定性的前提下,既能快速開發(fā)又能快速應(yīng)用。除此之外,針對業(yè)務(wù)需求,設(shè)計出四個核心功能模塊:員工管理、收入管理、供應(yīng)商管理和微信企業(yè)號服務(wù),確保新型系統(tǒng)的完整性;(2)針對中小型企業(yè)缺乏對供應(yīng)商科學(xué)性分類管理的需求,提出了一個基于自適應(yīng)屬性權(quán)重優(yōu)化的K-means算法。該方法在傳統(tǒng)K-means算法的基礎(chǔ)上,通過構(gòu)建屬性權(quán)重優(yōu)化模型,引用拉格朗日乘數(shù)法自動計算數(shù)據(jù)各維屬性的權(quán)重最優(yōu)值,客觀真實地反映出數(shù)據(jù)集在歐氏空間中的分布情況,以此反饋不同屬性的重要性。實驗驗證了所提算法的有效性;(3)依據(jù)上述提出的設(shè)計方法與改進(jìn)算法,實現(xiàn)了輕量級的新型中小型企業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)基于本文設(shè)計的技術(shù)架構(gòu),集成了本文提出的算法,并依據(jù)設(shè)計要求實現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)應(yīng)具有的核心管理模塊,在功能和性能上均已滿足中小型企業(yè)的需求。本文所依托的系統(tǒng)項目可以大幅度提升中小型企業(yè)的管理和執(zhí)行效率,已通過相關(guān)中小型企業(yè)的驗收,成功上線運營且運行平穩(wěn)。

[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology and the promotion of the idea of "Internet", enterprise management system plays a more and more important role in the management of small and medium-sized enterprises. because of the limited resources of small and medium-sized enterprises, how to use technological innovation to improve the efficiency of small and medium-sized enterprises has become a research focus. Based on the communication and analysis of requirements with enterprises, this paper puts forward and implements a new management system of small and medium-sized enterprises, which integrates core business functions, advanced technology methods, data mining algorithms and other resources, which helps small and medium-sized enterprises to introduce a convenient and efficient management system at low cost to assist enterprises in decision-making. The main research results of this paper are as follows: (1) to meet the actual needs of small and medium-sized enterprises, a lightweight technical architecture is designed. The architecture is based on MVC design pattern, and adopts the development mode of JFinal technical framework and WeChat enterprise number, which ensures that the enterprise management system in this paper can be developed and applied rapidly under the premise of security and stability. In addition, according to the business requirements, four core functional modules are designed: employee management, income management, supplier management and WeChat enterprise number service to ensure the integrity of the new system; (2) aiming at the lack of demand for scientific classification management of suppliers in small and medium-sized enterprises, a K-means algorithm based on adaptive attribute weight optimization is proposed. On the basis of the traditional K-means algorithm, by constructing the attribute weight optimization model, the Lagrangian multiplier method is used to automatically calculate the optimal weight value of each dimension attribute of the data, which objectively and truly reflects the distribution of the data set in Euclidean space, so as to feedback the importance of different attributes. Experiments verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. (3) according to the proposed design method and improved algorithm, a new lightweight small and medium-sized enterprise management system is implemented. Based on the technical architecture designed in this paper, the system integrates the algorithm proposed in this paper, and realizes the core management module of the system according to the design requirements, which has met the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises in terms of function and performance. The system project relied on in this paper can greatly improve the management and implementation efficiency of small and medium-sized enterprises, and has passed the acceptance of relevant small and medium-sized enterprises, and has been successfully operated online and runs smoothly.
