形變體仿真中材質(zhì)本構(gòu)模型的應(yīng)用與設(shè)計(jì)綜述

【摘要】:本構(gòu)模型是形變體仿真中最重要的因素之一,現(xiàn)有的基本本構(gòu)模型的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變關(guān)系具有一定的局限性,形變行為比較單一.近年來,很多研究工作探討如何設(shè)計(jì)更加復(fù)雜并滿足設(shè)計(jì)師需求的材質(zhì)模型.將材質(zhì)模型分為3類:傳統(tǒng)的具有單一材質(zhì)屬性的均質(zhì)材質(zhì)、具有復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)的非均質(zhì)材質(zhì)以及根據(jù)基本材質(zhì)模型通過編輯材質(zhì)參數(shù)和結(jié)構(gòu)以及編輯形變行為的材質(zhì)模型.此外,梳理了近年來材質(zhì)本構(gòu)模型方面的研究成果,分類總結(jié)了相關(guān)技術(shù)及其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),最后,討論并指出形變體仿真中,本構(gòu)模型應(yīng)用與設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域主要的技術(shù)挑戰(zhàn)和需要進(jìn)一步探索的方向.
[Abstract]:The Constitutive Model is one of the most important factors in the deformation simulation. The stress-strain relationship of the existing basic Constitutive Model has certain limitations and the deformation behavior is relatively single. In recent years, many research work has discussed how to design more complex material models that meet the needs of designers. The material model is divided into three categories: the traditional homogeneous material with single material attribute, the heterogeneous material with composite structure and the material model by editing material parameters and structure and editing deformation behavior according to the basic material model. In addition, the research results of material constitutive model in recent years are combed, and the related technologies and their advantages and disadvantages are classified and summarized. Finally, the shape variant simulation is discussed and pointed out. The main technical challenges in the field of application and design of constitutive model and the direction that need to be further explored.
