基于成熟度視角下的BIM技術(shù)項(xiàng)目級應(yīng)用能力研究

【摘要】:隨著國家經(jīng)濟(jì)水平和科學(xué)技術(shù)水平的迅猛發(fā)展,“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”、“大數(shù)據(jù)”、“云計算”、“人工智能”等概念不斷被提出和完善,“BIM技術(shù)”作為建筑行業(yè)信息化改革的有效推動力,急需我們對其研究有實(shí)質(zhì)性突破,目前,我國許多學(xué)者投入BIM技術(shù)的理論研究,一些重大項(xiàng)目也開始重視BIM技術(shù)的引入,但是,BIM技術(shù)在項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用能力沒有得到有效量化,不同建設(shè)項(xiàng)目BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力無法比較,這嚴(yán)重阻礙了項(xiàng)目參與方引入BIM技術(shù)的積極性,從而阻礙了我國BIM技術(shù)的發(fā)展。本文在研究我國BIM技術(shù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,做了如下幾方面的研究:(1)在梳理國內(nèi)外BIM技術(shù)定義的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了現(xiàn)階段國內(nèi)外BIM技術(shù)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r以及BIM技術(shù)相關(guān)理論及特點(diǎn),為研究BIM技術(shù)在項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用提出基本依據(jù);(2)深入研究了成熟度模型的相關(guān)理論,并在相關(guān)理論研究基礎(chǔ)上論述BIM技術(shù)與能力成熟度模型結(jié)合的可能性與必要性,提出用BIM能力成熟度模型來衡量項(xiàng)目中BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力;(3)在BIM相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)上,從影響B(tài)IM技術(shù)應(yīng)用效果的內(nèi)因,外因以及空間三個視角入手深入總結(jié)分析BIM技術(shù)在項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用能力,為BIM能力成熟度模型的建立理論基礎(chǔ);(4)建立適合我國現(xiàn)階段BIM發(fā)展情況的BIM能力成熟度模型,并提出該模型的評價指標(biāo)體系,作為評價項(xiàng)目中BIM應(yīng)用能力的依據(jù),根據(jù)成熟度模型基本理論,將BIM能力成熟度模型劃分為五個等級:初步階段,成長階段,提高階段,成熟階段和持續(xù)提高階段,給出指標(biāo)能力判別方法,最后結(jié)合案例,對本文提出的BIM能力成熟度模型的實(shí)用性進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,基于該模型的評價體系能客觀地評價一個項(xiàng)目中BIM技術(shù)的應(yīng)用能力,為BIM技術(shù)在我國的發(fā)展和推廣提供支持。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the national economic level and the level of science and technology, the concepts of "Internet", "big data", "cloud computing" and "artificial intelligence" have been constantly put forward and perfected. "BIM technology" as an effective driving force of the construction industry information reform, it is urgent for us to have a substantive breakthrough in its research. At present, many scholars in our country have invested in the theoretical research of BIM technology, and some important projects have also begun to attach importance to the introduction of BIM technology. However, the application ability of BIM technology in the project has not been effectively quantified, and the application ability of BIM technology in different construction projects can not be compared. This seriously impedes the enthusiasm of project participants to introduce BIM technology, thus hindering the development of BIM technology in China. On the basis of studying the present situation of BIM technology development in China, this paper has done the following research: (1) on the basis of combing the definition of BIM technology at home and abroad, The development of BIM technology at home and abroad and the related theories and characteristics of BIM technology are summarized in this paper, and the basic basis for studying the application of BIM technology in the project is put forward. (2) the related theories of maturity model are deeply studied, and the possibility and necessity of combining BIM technology with capability maturity model are discussed on the basis of relevant theoretical research. The BIM capability maturity model is proposed to measure the application ability of BIM technology in the project. (3) based on the relevant theory of BIM, this paper summarizes and analyzes the application ability of BIM technology in the project from three perspectives of internal, external and spatial factors that influence the application of BIM technology, which is the theoretical basis for the establishment of BIM capability maturity model; (4) establish the BIM capability maturity model which is suitable for the development of BIM in our country at present, and put forward the evaluation index system of the model, which is the basis of evaluating the application ability of BIM in the project, and according to the basic theory of maturity model, The BIM capability maturity model is divided into five levels: initial stage, growth stage, improvement stage, maturity stage and continuous improvement stage. The practicability of the BIM capability maturity model proposed in this paper is verified. The evaluation system based on this model can objectively evaluate the application ability of BIM technology in a project and provide support for the development and popularization of BIM technology in China.
