【摘要】：電業(yè)局電氣安裝公司是一家小型電力建設(shè)公司,其公司中財(cái)務(wù)信息管理不嚴(yán),相關(guān)職員年齡偏大,在實(shí)際工作中,管理方法大多是根據(jù)多年經(jīng)驗(yàn),而不是專(zhuān)業(yè)的賬戶管理。很多類(lèi)似的小型私人企業(yè),亦是如此,因此在管理上出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題也不是偶然的。企業(yè)部門(mén)之間財(cái)務(wù)信息聯(lián)絡(luò)時(shí),由于沒(méi)有一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),工作效率低、出錯(cuò)率高。而最重要的事情是,各種賬單管理花費(fèi)太多精力。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,本課題設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)面向小型工程建設(shè)公司的財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng),改變傳統(tǒng)的賬戶管理模式,使管理更精確,更輕松。本論文依照軟件工程設(shè)計(jì)思想闡述和總結(jié)了整個(gè)財(cái)務(wù)信息管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程。首先,通過(guò)廣泛調(diào)研中小型工程建設(shè)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理現(xiàn)狀,介紹項(xiàng)目的啟動(dòng)背景和意義,從而給出系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用定位。然后查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料,分析實(shí)施項(xiàng)目所需的相關(guān)技術(shù),包括SSI框架,Ajax開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)等加以介紹。接下來(lái),通過(guò)充分調(diào)研企業(yè)需求,分析了在實(shí)際工作中財(cái)務(wù)信息管理系統(tǒng)該有何種作用,針對(duì)不同用戶確定系統(tǒng)的操作功能。使用用例圖分析系統(tǒng)的功能模塊,并將系統(tǒng)模塊化。在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中,利用軟件工程的數(shù)據(jù)流圖,時(shí)序圖清楚直觀的闡述系統(tǒng)的模塊設(shè)計(jì)。在實(shí)現(xiàn)部分,展示了關(guān)鍵代碼和UI。最后,在測(cè)試部分,設(shè)計(jì)了測(cè)試用例。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)具有良好的魯棒性和友好的用戶界面。在論文最后,對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行總結(jié),并給出進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)的方向。本論文所實(shí)現(xiàn)的財(cái)務(wù)信息管理系統(tǒng),應(yīng)用于中小型工程建設(shè)企業(yè),實(shí)現(xiàn)低成本,低風(fēng)險(xiǎn),快起步,高效率財(cái)務(wù)信息化目標(biāo),值得推廣。
[Abstract]:The electric installation company of electric power bureau is a small electric power construction company, its financial information management is not strict, the related staff is older, in the actual work, the management method is mostly based on many years of experience, rather than the professional account management. The same is true for many similar small private businesses, so it is no accident that management problems arise. When communicating financial information between enterprise departments, because there is no uniform standard, the efficiency is low and the error rate is high. And the most important thing is that all kinds of billing management is too much effort. In order to solve these problems, this paper designs a financial management system for small-scale engineering construction company, changes the traditional account management mode, and makes the management more accurate and easier. According to the software engineering design idea, this paper expounds and summarizes the realization process of the whole financial information management system. First of all, through extensive investigation of the financial management status of small and medium-sized project construction enterprises, this paper introduces the starting background and significance of the project, and then gives the application orientation of the system. Then referring to the relevant literature and analyzing the related technologies needed to implement the project, including SSI framework, Ajax development technology and so on, are introduced in this paper. Next, by fully investigating the needs of the enterprise, this paper analyzes the role of the financial information management system in the actual work, and determines the operation function of the system for different users. Use the use case diagram to analyze the functional modules of the system and modularize the system. In the design of the system, the module design of the system is described clearly and intuitively by using the data flow diagram of the software engineering and the time sequence diagram. In the implementation section, the key code and UI. are shown Finally, in the test part, the test case is designed. The test results show that the system has good robustness and friendly user interface. At the end of the paper, the system is summarized and the direction of further improvement is given. The financial information management system realized in this paper is applied to small and medium-sized engineering construction enterprises to realize the goal of low cost, low risk, fast start and high efficiency. It is worth popularizing.
