電氣安裝公司財(cái)務(wù)信息管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:The electric installation company of electric power bureau is a small electric power construction company, its financial information management is not strict, the related staff is older, in the actual work, the management method is mostly based on many years of experience, rather than the professional account management. The same is true for many similar small private businesses, so it is no accident that management problems arise. When communicating financial information between enterprise departments, because there is no uniform standard, the efficiency is low and the error rate is high. And the most important thing is that all kinds of billing management is too much effort. In order to solve these problems, this paper designs a financial management system for small-scale engineering construction company, changes the traditional account management mode, and makes the management more accurate and easier. According to the software engineering design idea, this paper expounds and summarizes the realization process of the whole financial information management system. First of all, through extensive investigation of the financial management status of small and medium-sized project construction enterprises, this paper introduces the starting background and significance of the project, and then gives the application orientation of the system. Then referring to the relevant literature and analyzing the related technologies needed to implement the project, including SSI framework, Ajax development technology and so on, are introduced in this paper. Next, by fully investigating the needs of the enterprise, this paper analyzes the role of the financial information management system in the actual work, and determines the operation function of the system for different users. Use the use case diagram to analyze the functional modules of the system and modularize the system. In the design of the system, the module design of the system is described clearly and intuitively by using the data flow diagram of the software engineering and the time sequence diagram. In the implementation section, the key code and UI. are shown Finally, in the test part, the test case is designed. The test results show that the system has good robustness and friendly user interface. At the end of the paper, the system is summarized and the direction of further improvement is given. The financial information management system realized in this paper is applied to small and medium-sized engineering construction enterprises to realize the goal of low cost, low risk, fast start and high efficiency. It is worth popularizing.
