海洋石油工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目信息集成系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)

【摘要】:“十二五”規(guī)劃以來(lái),海上油氣田開發(fā)工程建設(shè)達(dá)到了高峰,這是實(shí)現(xiàn)深水油氣田開發(fā)的跨越式發(fā)展階段。隨著大規(guī)模的建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的快速推進(jìn),油氣田工程建設(shè)過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生了大量的工程數(shù)據(jù)信息、項(xiàng)目文檔,因此增加了文檔管理人員工作難度和時(shí)間。由于原有的項(xiàng)目信息集成、文檔線下管理方式較為落后,致使項(xiàng)目完工資料移交時(shí)間很長(zhǎng),使項(xiàng)目信息標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的采集、處理和存儲(chǔ)難以實(shí)現(xiàn),從而造成生產(chǎn)、運(yùn)營(yíng)效能較低。啟用項(xiàng)目信息集成系統(tǒng)后,不僅統(tǒng)一了中國(guó)海洋石油工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目信息數(shù)據(jù)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),還統(tǒng)一了操作平臺(tái),并使項(xiàng)目的數(shù)據(jù)、信息等資源得到共享,令這些項(xiàng)目信息最大限度地發(fā)揮了其時(shí)效性和價(jià)值。本系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)是基于B/S結(jié)構(gòu)的項(xiàng)目數(shù)據(jù)、信息集成,是以項(xiàng)目信息收集、文檔管理的流程為主線,建立起具有收發(fā)文管理、版本跟蹤、文檔管理、及協(xié)同辦公功能的管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)過(guò)程遵循穩(wěn)定、實(shí)用與易用、可擴(kuò)展的開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)思想,采用JAVA為服務(wù)端開發(fā)語(yǔ)言,Oracle作為系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)平臺(tái),TOMCAT作為應(yīng)用服務(wù)器,系統(tǒng)采用SSH框架,前端采用了EXTJS框架。項(xiàng)目信息集成系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了預(yù)期的全部功能,系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,操作便捷。本文按照軟件工程的要求展開研究和討論,并對(duì)需求分析、設(shè)計(jì)思想、主要的開發(fā)技術(shù)、模塊的設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)等多方面內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了全面的闡述。系統(tǒng)通過(guò)測(cè)試后,通過(guò)調(diào)研其日常運(yùn)行的情況,歸納、總結(jié)了還存在的不足,提出了對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:Since the 12th five-year Plan, the offshore oil and gas field development project has reached the peak, which is the leap-forward development stage of deep-water oil and gas field development. With the rapid development of large-scale construction projects, a large number of engineering data and project documents have been generated in the process of construction of oil and gas fields, thus increasing the difficulty and time for document managers to work. Because of the integration of the original project information and the backward management mode of the documents offline, the transfer time of the project completion data is very long, which makes the collection, processing and storage of the project information standardization difficult to realize, resulting in production and low operational efficiency. With the implementation of the project information integration system, not only the standard of information data for China's offshore petroleum engineering construction projects has been unified, but also the operating platform has been unified, and the data, information and other resources of the project have been shared. Make these project information maximize its timeliness and value. The development of the system is based on the BSS structure of project data, information integration, is based on the project information collection, document management process as the main line, set up with send and receive document management, version tracking, document management. And cooperative office functions of the management system. The development process of the system follows a stable, practical and easy-to-use, extensible development design idea. JAVA is used as the server development language, Oracle as the database platform of the system, TOMCAT as the application server, and the SSH framework is used in the system. The front end adopts EXTJS framework. The project information integration system realizes all the expected functions. The system runs stably and is easy to operate. According to the requirements of software engineering, this paper studies and discusses the requirements analysis, design idea, main development technology, module design, system implementation and so on. After the test, through the investigation of the daily operation of the system, the shortcomings are summarized, and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
