3DP法三維打印技術(shù)的發(fā)展與研究現(xiàn)狀

【摘要】:由于3DP法三維打印技術(shù)具有加工速度快、運(yùn)行成本低等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn),近年來(lái)已在多個(gè)領(lǐng)域體現(xiàn)出強(qiáng)大的發(fā)展?jié)摿ΑkS著"工業(yè)4.0"時(shí)代的到來(lái),3DP法有著更為廣闊的發(fā)展前景。簡(jiǎn)述了3DP法的原理、產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,具體分析了粘結(jié)劑、打印材料、打印工藝過(guò)程、后處理工藝等方面國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀,其中打印工藝過(guò)程和后處理工藝方面是現(xiàn)階段影響打印產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵所在,并對(duì)此提出了未來(lái)研究的主要發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:Because of the advantages of 3DP three-dimensional printing technology, such as high processing speed and low running cost, it has shown strong development potential in many fields in recent years. With the advent of the Industrial 4.0 era, the 3DP method has a wider prospect of development. In this paper, the principle, production and development of 3DP method are briefly introduced. The research status of binder, printing material, printing process and post-processing technology are analyzed in detail. The printing process and post-processing process are the key factors that affect the quality of printing products at present, and the main development direction of future research is put forward.
