【摘要】：由于3DP法三維打印技術具有加工速度快、運行成本低等諸多優(yōu)點,近年來已在多個領域體現(xiàn)出強大的發(fā)展?jié)摿�。隨著"工業(yè)4.0"時代的到來,3DP法有著更為廣闊的發(fā)展前景。簡述了3DP法的原理、產生與發(fā)展狀況,具體分析了粘結劑、打印材料、打印工藝過程、后處理工藝等方面國內外的研究現(xiàn)狀,其中打印工藝過程和后處理工藝方面是現(xiàn)階段影響打印產品質量的關鍵所在,并對此提出了未來研究的主要發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:Because of the advantages of 3DP three-dimensional printing technology, such as high processing speed and low running cost, it has shown strong development potential in many fields in recent years. With the advent of the Industrial 4.0 era, the 3DP method has a wider prospect of development. In this paper, the principle, production and development of 3DP method are briefly introduced. The research status of binder, printing material, printing process and post-processing technology are analyzed in detail. The printing process and post-processing process are the key factors that affect the quality of printing products at present, and the main development direction of future research is put forward.
