【摘要】：論文首先對本課題研究背景、研究意義及國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究動態(tài)進(jìn)行了簡單介紹,然后梳理了業(yè)務(wù)的流程,對系統(tǒng)的需求進(jìn)行了分析,確定了系統(tǒng)所需功能;接著進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì),總體設(shè)計(jì)主要有:系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫、系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)等設(shè)計(jì);根據(jù)需求分析,對功能模塊進(jìn)行了劃分,主要分為7大部分:舉報(bào)功能、故障報(bào)修、業(yè)務(wù)咨詢功能、客戶回訪、投訴功能、信息發(fā)布管理;然后利用AJAX開發(fā)語言和SQL SERVER 2008數(shù)據(jù)庫對各個(gè)模塊進(jìn)行實(shí)現(xiàn),最后對系統(tǒng)的性能及功能進(jìn)行了測試。本文詳細(xì)地對該系統(tǒng)體系中各個(gè)工作流進(jìn)行了分析,在分析的基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)了切合實(shí)際需要的系統(tǒng);設(shè)計(jì)出適合電力公司客戶服務(wù),達(dá)到硬件要求的系統(tǒng)總體結(jié)構(gòu),對電力客戶服務(wù)系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)架、功能結(jié)構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)庫等進(jìn)行功能結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),系統(tǒng)功能結(jié)構(gòu)核心有舉報(bào)功能、故障報(bào)修、業(yè)務(wù)咨詢功能、客戶回訪、投訴功能、信息發(fā)布管理。目前,已完成了系統(tǒng)需求分析、網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)架、功能結(jié)構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)庫等設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)功能,且對其進(jìn)行了測試。本課題所研究與開發(fā)的電力客戶服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用讓電力系統(tǒng)的資源得到了充分的利用,基本滿足了電力公司客戶服務(wù)管理的需要,提高了供電公司的整體信息化技術(shù)水平。
[Abstract]:Firstly, this paper introduces the research background, research significance and related research trends at home and abroad, then combs the business process, analyzes the requirements of the system, and determines the required functions of the system. Then the overall design of the system, the overall design mainly includes: system network, system database, system architecture, and so on; According to the requirement analysis, the function module is divided into seven parts: report function, fault repair, business consultation function, customer return visit, complaint function, information release management; Then each module is implemented by using AJAX development language and SQL SERVER 2008 database. Finally, the performance and function of the system are tested. In this paper, the workflow of the system is analyzed in detail, and the practical system is summarized on the basis of the analysis. The overall structure of the system, which is suitable for the customer service of electric power company and meets the hardware requirements, is designed. The network structure, function structure and database of the power customer service system are designed. The core of the system functional structure is the reporting function. Trouble reporting, business consultation, customer return visit, complaint function, information release management. At present, the system requirement analysis, network architecture, function structure, database and so on have been completed, the system function has been realized, and it has been tested. The application of the electric power customer service system studied and developed in this paper makes the resources of the power system fully utilized, basically meets the needs of the customer service management of the power company, and improves the overall information technology level of the power supply company.
