【摘要】：隨著我國金融業(yè)改革的逐步推進(jìn),我國銀行業(yè)面臨著諸多的問題需要解決,各種矛盾日益凸顯,社會(huì)各界、政府及監(jiān)管部門對(duì)銀行的改革管理都投入了更多的關(guān)注。銀行的發(fā)展受到了我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的影響,銀行內(nèi)部案件數(shù)量呈現(xiàn)了逐年遞增的現(xiàn)象,這種現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生,使得銀行的內(nèi)部管理工作變得越來越重要,同時(shí)對(duì)銀行內(nèi)部紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察管理部門的監(jiān)督工作要求也越來越高。另外,隨著我國對(duì)外開放力度的不斷加大,對(duì)外金融的開放性也將越來越大,這就使得我國國內(nèi)的金融競爭變的越來越大,對(duì)銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理水平提出了更高的要求,也使得銀行內(nèi)部的紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察管理工作變的更加具有挑戰(zhàn)。加之,近年來信息技術(shù)高速發(fā)展,所以利用現(xiàn)代信息化系統(tǒng)將現(xiàn)場與非現(xiàn)場監(jiān)督結(jié)合起來而形成的內(nèi)部紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察工作體系,是銀行業(yè)提高內(nèi)控管理水平和內(nèi)部紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察工作效率的必然選擇。結(jié)合以上分析內(nèi)容,在本文中主要對(duì)銀行紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究。首先在功能上,結(jié)合實(shí)際工作要求,分別實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)管理功能、組織機(jī)構(gòu)管理功能、廉政檔案管理功能、信訪管理功能、案件管理功能、輪崗管理功能以及查詢統(tǒng)計(jì)功能。在技術(shù)上,利用了Java語言、SSH框架、J2EE技術(shù)等,使得系統(tǒng)的可維護(hù)性、可擴(kuò)展性、安全性以及開放性得到保證,進(jìn)而使得工作效率得到提高。銀行紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察管理系統(tǒng)以B/S模式為基礎(chǔ),用戶能夠通過瀏覽器對(duì)系統(tǒng)直接進(jìn)行訪問�？傮w來看,本系統(tǒng)具有功能完善、使用安全的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察模式的建立必須把風(fēng)險(xiǎn)作為主要的導(dǎo)向,并實(shí)現(xiàn)紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察主要工作流程的一體化、科學(xué)化、規(guī)范化管理,進(jìn)而使得紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察管理人員的能力得到有效的提升,使得紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察管理的工作效率和質(zhì)量得到提高。為了達(dá)到這一目標(biāo),必須借助于創(chuàng)新的手段和先進(jìn)的技術(shù)作為主要推動(dòng)力和保障。本文就是從該角度出發(fā),對(duì)銀行紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察管理工作進(jìn)行信息化的操作,具有一定的研究價(jià)值和使用意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's financial industry reform, China's banking industry is facing many problems that need to be solved, and various contradictions become increasingly prominent. All sectors of society, the government and the regulatory department have put more attention into the reform and management of banks. The development of banks has been affected by the economic and social development of our country, and the number of internal cases in banks has been increasing year by year, which makes the internal management of banks become more and more important. At the same time, the supervision of internal discipline inspection and management of banks is also increasingly demanding. In addition, with the continuous increase of China's opening to the outside world, the openness of foreign finance will also become more and more, which makes the domestic financial competition of our country become more and more large, and puts forward higher requirements to the level of bank risk management. It also makes the discipline inspection and management work more challenging. In addition, due to the rapid development of information technology in recent years, the internal discipline inspection and supervision work system has been formed by using modern information systems to combine on-site and off-site supervision. It is an inevitable choice for banks to improve the level of internal control management and the efficiency of internal discipline inspection and supervision. Combined with the above analysis, this paper mainly studies the discipline inspection and management system of banks. First of all, the system management function, organization management function, clean government file management function, letter management function, case management function, rotation management function and query statistics function are realized respectively. Technically, the maintainability, extensibility, security and openness of the system are guaranteed by using Java language, SSH framework and J2EE technology, and the working efficiency is improved. The system is based on B / S model and users can access the system directly through browser. Overall, the system has the advantages of perfect function and safe use. The establishment of discipline inspection and supervision mode must take risk as the main direction, and realize the integration, scientific and standardized management of the main work flow of discipline inspection and supervision, so that the ability of discipline inspection supervisor can be effectively enhanced. The work efficiency and quality of discipline inspection and supervision management have been improved. In order to achieve this goal, innovative means and advanced technology must be the main driving force and guarantee. This article is from this angle, carries on the information operation to the bank discipline inspection supervision and management work, has the certain research value and the use significance.
