公路管理局人事薪資管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of international economy, China's economy has also entered a stage of rapid development. With the vigorous development of China's economic construction, various industries are actively responding to the development competition that will be faced with. Use modern management tools to speed up the internal management of enterprises, constantly improve the quality of business services, improve work efficiency. With the continuous expansion of enterprises, more and more distributed enterprises, more and more service outsourcing, more and more expatriate staff, and the increasing number of employees in enterprises, plus the fact that the actual situation of each employee is different, the personnel management of the enterprise becomes more and more complex. How to accurately and timely pay staff and workers has become an important issue in the management of enterprises. Using Java development language, SSH development framework, SQL Server2008 database and J2EE platform technology and the idea of software engineering, the system is designed and implemented on the basis of requirement analysis. This system combines the actual work flow and management mode of the personnel salary management of the highway administration bureau, according to the analysis of the demand of the highway administration personnel salary management system, the system is mainly divided into the personnel information management, the salary management, the personnel transfer management, Staff assessment and management of four functional modules. The function module of personnel information management includes four sub-function modules: establishing personnel information, modifying personnel information, deleting personnel information and querying personnel information. The function module of salary management includes six sub-functional modules: basic wage maintenance, bank account information maintenance, member income tax information maintenance, insurance information maintenance, salary accounting management, salary distribution management, etc. The function module of personnel transfer management includes five sub-functional modules: personnel file transfer, retirement management, separation management and post transfer management. Employee assessment management module includes three sub-function modules: attendance management, reward and punishment management and performance management. This paper focuses on the analysis and discussion of the personnel salary management of the Highway Administration Bureau, and develops a new personnel management system suitable for the personnel salary management of the Highway Administration Bureau by using the current mainstream technology. To facilitate the rapid management of personnel and salaries. The application and operation of this system make the management of personnel salary standardized, scientific and modernized, and greatly improve the working efficiency and provide guarantee for the development of the enterprise.
