【摘要】：在我國(guó)的人才教育培養(yǎng)體系當(dāng)中,高職院校是非常重要的一個(gè)組成部分,它是為我國(guó)培養(yǎng)專業(yè)性、技術(shù)性、操作性高等人才的主要陣地,關(guān)系著我國(guó)未來(lái)的社會(huì)建設(shè)與發(fā)展。如今,我國(guó)的高職院校在辦校的規(guī)模上越來(lái)越大,不僅學(xué)生數(shù)量多,而且校區(qū)的分布也較廣,部分學(xué)校甚至有數(shù)個(gè)分散的校區(qū),這無(wú)疑就給學(xué)生管理和教學(xué)研究以及行政管理等工作帶來(lái)了較大的負(fù)擔(dān)與壓力,會(huì)降低學(xué)校辦公的效率與質(zhì)量,不利于學(xué)生管理和教育教學(xué)工作的開(kāi)展。在這樣的情況下,如果繼續(xù)采用傳統(tǒng)的方式進(jìn)行學(xué)校辦公,只會(huì)導(dǎo)致高職院校的整體發(fā)展停滯不前,長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)來(lái)看甚至?xí)䦟?duì)我國(guó)的人才培養(yǎng)和社會(huì)建設(shè)帶來(lái)負(fù)面影響。為此,我們必須要加快高職院校的辦公自動(dòng)化建設(shè),根據(jù)高職院校的現(xiàn)實(shí)辦公需求,為其開(kāi)發(fā)一套具有針對(duì)性、實(shí)用性和操作性的自動(dòng)化辦公專用系統(tǒng),利用自動(dòng)化辦公系統(tǒng)來(lái)組織和整合高職院校辦公體系,為高職院校的學(xué)生管理和教學(xué)研究以及行政管理等工作打造一個(gè)高效率、統(tǒng)一化、共享化、智能化的平臺(tái),提高高職院校的辦公質(zhì)量,助推職教管理科學(xué)化,促進(jìn)高職院校教育教學(xué)工作開(kāi)展,保障人才培養(yǎng)與社會(huì)建設(shè)。目前,高職院校辦公都已經(jīng)基本配備了計(jì)算機(jī),學(xué)校的網(wǎng)絡(luò)也非常通常,這為高職院校的辦公自動(dòng)化提供了良好的基礎(chǔ)條件。在計(jì)算機(jī)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等基礎(chǔ)條件已經(jīng)具備的情況下,高職院校所缺的就是一套具有針對(duì)性、實(shí)用性和操作性的自動(dòng)化辦公專用系統(tǒng),而本文的研究則是針對(duì)高職院校需求,開(kāi)發(fā)并實(shí)現(xiàn)一套公辦自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)。本文在進(jìn)行了全方位的理論與技術(shù)研究之后,根據(jù)高職院校辦公的實(shí)際情況,對(duì)高職院校辦公特點(diǎn)以及辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的必要性進(jìn)行了分析,明確了系統(tǒng)在功能、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、角色權(quán)限、性能、構(gòu)架方面的具體需求,并根據(jù)需求情況進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā)。在系統(tǒng)最終開(kāi)發(fā)完成之后,為了確保系統(tǒng)的可操作性、安全性、穩(wěn)定性,研究中還對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了上線測(cè)試,測(cè)試結(jié)果顯示系統(tǒng)一是布局簡(jiǎn)潔合理,界面友好易于操作,二是所有功能均能正常運(yùn)行,能夠滿足高校日常管理的所有需求,三是系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行速度快,用戶體驗(yàn)度良好,四是所有的員工都能夠進(jìn)行操作,不存在專業(yè)化障礙,只要經(jīng)過(guò)簡(jiǎn)單的短時(shí)間培訓(xùn),所有的員工就都可以數(shù)量的登錄系統(tǒng)并進(jìn)行對(duì)應(yīng)的操作,五是系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性、安全性高,在最終的全模擬測(cè)試中,沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)任何的故障或異常。具有良好的實(shí)用性,能夠在實(shí)際的高職院校辦公當(dāng)中投入使用。
[Abstract]:In the talent education and training system of our country, higher vocational college is a very important part, it is the main position of training professional, technical and operational talents for our country, which is related to the future social construction and development of our country. Nowadays, higher vocational colleges in our country are running more and more schools on a larger scale. Not only are there a large number of students, but the distribution of campuses is also relatively wide. Some schools even have several scattered campuses. This will undoubtedly bring greater burden and pressure to student management, teaching research and administration, which will reduce the efficiency and quality of the school office, and is not conducive to the development of student management and education and teaching. In this case, if we continue to use the traditional way of school office, it will only lead to the overall development of higher vocational colleges stagnant, and even in the long run will bring negative impact on the cultivation of talents and social construction in our country. Therefore, we must speed up the construction of office automation in higher vocational colleges. According to the actual office needs of higher vocational colleges, we must develop a set of specialized automation office system for higher vocational colleges, which has pertinence, practicability and maneuverability. Using the automatic office system to organize and integrate the office system of higher vocational colleges, to create a high efficiency, unified, shared and intelligent platform for students' management, teaching research and administrative management in higher vocational colleges. To improve the office quality of higher vocational colleges, to promote the scientific management of vocational education, to promote the development of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges, to ensure the cultivation of talents and social construction. At present, the offices of higher vocational colleges have been equipped with computers and the network of schools is very common, which provides a good basic condition for office automation in higher vocational colleges. With the basic conditions such as computer and Internet already in place, what vocational colleges lack is a set of specialized automation office system with pertinence, practicability and maneuverability, and the research of this paper is aimed at the demand of higher vocational colleges. Develop and implement a set of public automation system. In this paper, after the all-around theoretical and technical research, according to the actual situation of office in higher vocational colleges, the characteristics of office and the necessity of office automation system are analyzed, and the function and database of the system are clarified. Role permissions, performance, architecture specific requirements, and according to the requirements of the system design and development. After the final development of the system, in order to ensure the maneuverability, security and stability of the system, the on-line test of the system is carried out. The test results show that the system is simple and reasonable in layout, friendly in interface and easy to operate. Second, all functions can run normally and can meet all the needs of daily management in colleges and universities. Third, the system runs fast, the user experience is good, and the fourth is that all employees can operate without any professional obstacles. As long as after a simple short period of training, all the staff can log on to the system and carry out the corresponding operations. Fifth, the system is stable, high security, in the final full simulation test, there is no fault or exception. It has good practicability and can be put into use in practical higher vocational colleges.
