基于無人行車的鋼制品倉(cāng)庫(kù)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that the iron and steel industry is not in line with the production management idea of reducing cost and increasing efficiency and increasing income and reducing expenditure, it is urgent to discuss and solve the problems so as to reduce the waste of inventory, reduce the cost, improve the efficiency of the operation, and make rational use of the goods. The information in and out of the warehouse is real-time and symmetrical, the storage space is arranged reasonably, the inventory is controlled in real time, and the actual logistics and information flow are synchronized in real time. In this paper, a storage management system based on I Plature platform is designed and implemented. UACS is a system with the main functions of unattended traffic management, which covers the main functions of the usual concept of WMS. The UACS system is a logical library for the whole reservoir area. The physical database is managed, the train operation plan is issued, the automatic operation in and out of the warehouse is completed, and the actual performance of the operation is fed back to the L2 system. The operation will generate the corresponding operation plan to guide the operation according to the storage position of the material under the transportation machine. According to the order of operation plan and the type of vehicle out of storage, the concrete material and vehicle stowage diagram are determined, and the corresponding operation plan is generated to guide the operation of the vehicle. I Superframe is the client development framework of I Plature platform, which is composed of a client based on plug-in mode and several general function modules. The UACS management system picture is a framework of HMI application development and management based on Microsoft.NET. After repeated practice and verification, we integrate technology and equipment, integrate advanced management methods and self-developed UACS system, our warehouse management system can play its application level. The management system of unattended automatic steel products warehouse has been put into practical operation and running stable, advanced technology, good application effect, effectively improves the working efficiency of customers, and obtains more obvious economic benefits. It is worth popularizing.
