基于ZLBH平臺的病人隨訪系統(tǒng)的研制

【摘要】:隨著我國醫(yī)療行業(yè)的不斷開發(fā),醫(yī)療隨訪工作也得到了十足的進(jìn)步和發(fā)展,其在醫(yī)療中的作用也越發(fā)顯著,然而,相對國際隨訪工作來說,我國醫(yī)療隨訪的計(jì)算機(jī)信息技術(shù)相對比較落后,仍處于發(fā)展階段。在醫(yī)院進(jìn)行信息化改革的部署進(jìn)程中,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)由于醫(yī)療服務(wù)方向的轉(zhuǎn)變,醫(yī)療隨訪工作越來越受到大家的重視。進(jìn)行出院患者的隨訪工作可以促進(jìn)醫(yī)生和病人之間關(guān)系和諧發(fā)展,可以使醫(yī)院的病人群體相對穩(wěn)定,提高醫(yī)院對患者的服務(wù)質(zhì)量,從而擴(kuò)大市場份額,提升醫(yī)院在百姓心中的形象。但是老舊的隨訪方式費(fèi)時費(fèi)力,無形之中增加了醫(yī)生的工作量,大大的降低了隨訪的效率和水平。在信息化高速發(fā)展的當(dāng)下,醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成為改善醫(yī)療環(huán)境、提高管理水平和醫(yī)療服務(wù)水平的重要手段。通過現(xiàn)有的人工隨訪經(jīng)驗(yàn),研究開發(fā)出一個高效的、易用的并與醫(yī)院現(xiàn)有的HIS、LIS系統(tǒng)互通的醫(yī)院隨訪系統(tǒng)是完全有必要的。本文介紹了該項(xiàng)目的背景和發(fā)展形式,對ZLBH平臺技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究分析,利用該技術(shù)在C/S架構(gòu)下進(jìn)行了病人隨訪系統(tǒng)的搭建。本人通過實(shí)地考察醫(yī)院隨訪的業(yè)務(wù)需求,確立了隨訪系統(tǒng)病人信息管理、隨訪信息管理、隨訪計(jì)劃管理等功能。這種隨訪平臺是醫(yī)療信息化高速發(fā)展的必然結(jié)果,也是一次醫(yī)療行業(yè)與計(jì)算機(jī)信息技術(shù)行業(yè)的寶貴碰撞。截止目前為止該項(xiàng)目已經(jīng)到達(dá)了預(yù)期的效果,所設(shè)計(jì)的功能也都已經(jīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)。該項(xiàng)目解決了人工隨訪效率低、工作量大等問題,同時也提高了醫(yī)生工作效率和醫(yī)療信息化進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the medical industry in China, the medical follow-up work has made full progress and development, and its role in the medical treatment has become more and more significant. However, compared with the international follow-up work, The computer information technology of medical follow-up in China is relatively backward and is still in the development stage. In the process of hospital informatization reform, we find that due to the change of medical service direction, more and more attention has been paid to medical follow-up. The follow-up work of discharged patients can promote the harmonious development of the relationship between doctors and patients, make the group of patients in hospitals relatively stable, improve the quality of hospital services to patients, and thus expand the market share. Improve the image of the hospital in the hearts of the people. But the old way of follow-up is time-consuming and laborious, which increases the workload of doctors and greatly reduces the efficiency and level of follow-up. With the rapid development of information technology, hospital information system has become an important means to improve the medical environment, management level and medical service level. Based on the existing artificial follow-up experience, it is necessary to develop an efficient, easy-to-use and interoperable hospital follow-up system with the existing hospital HIS,LIS system. This paper introduces the background and development of the project, studies and analyzes the technology of ZLBH platform, and sets up a patient follow-up system based on C / S architecture. Through the field investigation of hospital follow-up business requirements, I established the follow-up system patient information management, follow-up plan management and other functions. This follow-up platform is an inevitable result of the rapid development of medical information and a valuable collision between medical industry and computer information technology industry. So far, the project has achieved the desired results, designed functions have been implemented. The project solves the problems of low efficiency of artificial follow-up and heavy workload, and also improves the efficiency of doctors and the process of medical information.
