【摘要】：中國(guó)石油錦州石化公司是中國(guó)第一滴人造石油的產(chǎn)地,是中國(guó)建國(guó)前投建的老石油生產(chǎn)基地。隨著石油工業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,要求生產(chǎn)裝置集散控制和信息化綜合管理水平不斷提高。多年來(lái),對(duì)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行系統(tǒng)認(rèn)識(shí)上的差距,在企業(yè)信息管理上出現(xiàn)斷層,使得生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行中的信息化管理形成孤島現(xiàn)象。主要表現(xiàn)為信息相互隔斷、不能集成共享。使得生產(chǎn)管理缺乏統(tǒng)一性、連慣性,不能保證生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃和生產(chǎn)過(guò)程統(tǒng)一協(xié)調(diào)和信息管理。MES在錦州石化公司的應(yīng)用實(shí)施,為公司信息化管理和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的擴(kuò)大化提供了基礎(chǔ)和保障。本文首先介紹分析了MES系統(tǒng)在國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展和應(yīng)用情況,同時(shí)闡述其應(yīng)用范圍和特點(diǎn),詳細(xì)分析了企業(yè)及生產(chǎn)裝置信息技術(shù)管理現(xiàn)狀,說(shuō)明MES系統(tǒng)對(duì)企業(yè)信息化生產(chǎn)管理的重要性。然后以企業(yè)生產(chǎn)裝置實(shí)施MES系統(tǒng)為重點(diǎn),詳細(xì)介紹了MES在生產(chǎn)裝置的方案計(jì)劃、實(shí)施、運(yùn)行全過(guò)程,同時(shí)也總結(jié)了系統(tǒng)實(shí)施后存在的不足和解決方案。最后說(shuō)明了MES系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施將為企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理提供了基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)企業(yè)信息化管理和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)裝置生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的計(jì)劃、實(shí)施、指標(biāo)考核、生產(chǎn)調(diào)整、質(zhì)量控制等提供了有利的參考和技術(shù)手段。MES系統(tǒng)通過(guò)對(duì)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行過(guò)程數(shù)據(jù)的采集、整合和利用,加強(qiáng)了數(shù)據(jù)集成與分析的深度,指導(dǎo)公司各生產(chǎn)裝置及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)操作過(guò)程存在的問(wèn)題,理順業(yè)務(wù)流程,優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行管理方案,最終提高了企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和管理水平。
[Abstract]:PetroChina Jinzhou Petrochemical Company (CNPC) is the country's first artificial oil producer and an old oil production base built before the founding of the people's Republic of China. With the rapid development of petroleum industry, the level of integrated management of production equipment is improved continuously. Over the years, the gap in the understanding of production and operation system, in the enterprise information management fault, making the production and operation of the information management of the phenomenon of isolated islands. The main performance is that the information is separated from each other and cannot be integrated and shared. It makes the production management lack of unity, continuity inertia, can not guarantee the production planning and production process unified coordination and information management. The application of MES in Jinzhou Petrochemical Company, For the company information management and the expansion of economic benefits to provide the basis and guarantee. This paper first introduces and analyzes the development and application of MES system at home and abroad, at the same time, expounds its application scope and characteristics, and analyzes in detail the current situation of information technology management in enterprises and production units. This paper explains the importance of MES system to enterprise information production management. Then taking the MES system of the enterprise production plant as the emphasis, this paper introduces in detail the plan, implementation and operation of MES in the production plant, and summarizes the shortcomings and solutions after the implementation of the system. Finally, it is explained that the implementation of MES system will provide basic data for enterprise production management, plan, implement, index assessment, production adjustment for enterprise information management and field plant production process. The MES system enhances the depth of data integration and analysis by collecting, integrating and utilizing the data in the process of production and operation. In order to improve the economic benefit and management level of the enterprise, the production equipments should be guided to find out the problems existing in the operation process in time, straighten out the business process, and optimize the operation and management scheme of the production and operation.
