【摘要】：為了實現(xiàn)焊縫成形質(zhì)量的在線檢測,建立了一個基于主動視覺的焊后焊縫成形質(zhì)量檢測系統(tǒng),同時對整個系統(tǒng)最重要的部分-圖像處理進行了深入探討。在圖像處理過程中,首先進行圖像預處理;在特征提取部分,用質(zhì)心法提取結(jié)構(gòu)光中心線;然后用RANSAC算法來擬合焊接母材;用面積法來提取結(jié)構(gòu)光中心線上的特征點。最后得到焊縫成形的幾何參數(shù),還可以利用視覺檢測系統(tǒng)得到的三維信息進行焊縫三維形貌重建。試驗結(jié)果表明,該焊縫成形質(zhì)量檢測系統(tǒng)的圖像處理方法可靠性高、魯棒性強、運算速度快。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the on-line inspection of welding seam forming quality, an active vision based welding seam forming quality detection system is established, and the most important part of the whole system, image processing, is also discussed. In the process of image processing, the image preprocessing is first carried out; in the feature extraction part, the centroid of structured light is extracted by the centroid method; then the welding base metal is fitted with RANSAC algorithm; and the feature points on the center line of structured light are extracted by the area method. Finally, the geometric parameters of weld formation can be obtained, and the 3D shape of weld can be reconstructed by using the 3D information obtained by visual inspection system. The experimental results show that the image processing method of the system is reliable, robust and fast.
