【摘要】：為解決因配色復(fù)雜多變,數(shù)碼紗外觀難以直觀預(yù)測的問題,提出基于纖維單元的模擬方法,用于實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)碼紗外觀的仿真。依據(jù)纖維原料顏色數(shù)值,構(gòu)建纖維級(jí)別的紋理模型;根據(jù)紡紗工藝參數(shù)計(jì)算數(shù)碼紗上的區(qū)域色塊參數(shù),構(gòu)建色塊排列模型;利用不同組分纖維間漸變規(guī)律,同時(shí)結(jié)合光照模型仿真亮度信息構(gòu)建顏色漸變模型;采集真實(shí)數(shù)碼紗的直徑數(shù)據(jù),仿真紗線的直徑形態(tài)。實(shí)驗(yàn)中分別保持顏色和組分不變,模擬出不同組分和顏色的數(shù)碼紗。結(jié)果證明所提出的紗線仿真方法可較快地模擬出數(shù)碼紗的外觀,并且與實(shí)際數(shù)碼紗的外觀視覺十分接近,為數(shù)碼紗的設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)以及織物仿真奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to predict the appearance of digital yarn because of the complexity and variety of color matching, a simulation method based on fiber unit is proposed to realize the simulation of the appearance of digital yarn. According to the color value of fiber raw material, the texture model of fiber level is constructed; the regional color block parameter on digital yarn is calculated according to spinning process parameters, and the color block arrangement model is constructed. At the same time, the color gradient model is constructed based on the brightness information of the illumination model, the diameter data of the real digital yarn is collected, and the diameter shape of the yarn is simulated. The digital yarn with different components and colors was simulated by keeping the color and composition unchanged respectively in the experiment. The results show that the yarn simulation method proposed in this paper can simulate the appearance of digital yarn quickly, and it is very close to the vision of actual digital yarn, which lays a foundation for the design and development of digital yarn and the simulation of fabric.
