[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, office automation as the representative of the rapid development of corporate management. The role of information technology in the field of economic management is becoming more and more obvious. The development of cooperative office software has promoted the system reform, improved office efficiency, and become the first choice of modern information construction of enterprises and institutions. If these enterprises can not adapt to the revolution, they will gradually be overwhelmed by the wave of revolution. In enterprises, the application of information technology is not limited to the collection and storage of commercial data, but has gradually become a part of the daily office of enterprises. As a result, an automated office system and a collaborative office system are derived. Among them, the role of cooperative office system has been widely recognized, and gradually popularized. Based on the analysis of the requirements of cooperative office and related technologies of the industry, this paper designs and implements the collaborative office system platform according to the software engineering specification and J2EE technology. In the aspect of system development, a mature MVC framework is chosen. In order to further improve the efficiency of system development, Struts technology is chosen to implement the framework from the point of view of engineering. In order to solve the requirement of data storage, the lightweight encapsulation technology Hibernateis adopted in this paper, which can make the program developer concentrate on the realization of business logic, reduce the development cost, reduce the development risk and shorten the development cycle. The collaborative office system is composed of collaborative management module, document management module, human resource management module and process management module. In addition, the system architecture and business logic are described in detail, and the main modules of the system are implemented. Finally, the system is tested from two aspects: function and performance. The experimental results show that the cooperative office system can improve the overall working efficiency of the company and save the operating cost of the company. The main work of the thesis is as follows: (1) according to the actual situation of the company, the system is analyzed and designed, and the E-R diagram, the relational tables in the database and the physical structure of various tables are shown. (2) based on the requirement analysis and design of the cooperative office system, Message cooperation mechanism is used to realize message coordination among the core elements of process, document and personnel, and the message mechanism is involved in all kinds of events, so as to reach the necessary flow node. The program nodes or time nodes work together. (3) finally, the cooperative office system is tested. Count the number of test cases, record the number of use cases by use, the number of use cases not passed, the total number of errors, the number of lines of code, and the number of errors per thousand lines. The results show that the system meets the requirements of collaborative office design and can run normally.
