碎蝶品牌經(jīng)營公司協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著信息化的飛速發(fā)展,以辦公自動(dòng)化為代表的公司管理快速發(fā)展。信息技術(shù)在經(jīng)濟(jì)管理領(lǐng)域中的作用越來越明顯,協(xié)同辦公軟件的開發(fā),推進(jìn)了體制改革,提高了辦公效率,成為了廣大企事業(yè)單位現(xiàn)代信息化建設(shè)的首選。這些企業(yè)要是不能適應(yīng)這場(chǎng)革命,將會(huì)逐漸被革命的浪潮淹沒。在企業(yè)中,信息化技術(shù)的應(yīng)用已經(jīng)不限于商業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)的收集和儲(chǔ)存,而是逐漸成為企業(yè)日常辦公的一部分。因此衍生出自動(dòng)化辦公系統(tǒng)和協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)。其中,協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)的作用已經(jīng)得到了廣泛的認(rèn)可,并且逐漸普及。通過分析、調(diào)研公司協(xié)同辦公的需求和業(yè)界相關(guān)技術(shù),在此基礎(chǔ)之上本文按軟件工程的規(guī)范,根據(jù)J2EE技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了公司協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)。系統(tǒng)開發(fā)方面,選擇了較為成熟的MVC框架。從工程的角度為了進(jìn)一步提升系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)效率,選擇了Struts技術(shù)來實(shí)現(xiàn)該框架。在解決數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)等方面的需求時(shí),本文采用了輕量級(jí)封裝技術(shù)Hibernate,它可以讓程序開發(fā)人員精力集中在實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)邏輯上,降低開發(fā)成本,減少開發(fā)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),縮短開發(fā)周期。本文中的協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)由協(xié)同管理模塊、文檔管理模塊、人力資源管理模塊和流程管理模塊等模塊組成。除此之外,本文還詳細(xì)描述了系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)框架、業(yè)務(wù)邏輯,并實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的主要模塊。最后從功能和性能兩方面進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)測(cè)試。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)能夠提高公司的整體工作效率,同時(shí)節(jié)約公司的運(yùn)營成本。論文的主要工作如下:(1)根據(jù)公司實(shí)際情況對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了需求分析,概要設(shè)計(jì)、展示了E-R圖、數(shù)據(jù)庫中的關(guān)系表和各種表的物理結(jié)構(gòu)。(2)在協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)的需求分析和設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)上,利用消息協(xié)同機(jī)制實(shí)現(xiàn)了流程、文檔、人員多個(gè)核心要素之間的消息協(xié)同,在各種事件的辦理中涉及了消息機(jī)制,以達(dá)到在必要的流程節(jié)點(diǎn)、程序節(jié)點(diǎn)或者時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)協(xié)同辦公。(3)最后對(duì)協(xié)同辦公系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了測(cè)試。統(tǒng)計(jì)了測(cè)試用例的數(shù)量,記錄了通過使用用例數(shù)量,沒有通過用例數(shù)量,總的錯(cuò)誤數(shù),代碼行數(shù)以及每千行的錯(cuò)誤數(shù)。結(jié)果表明,系統(tǒng)符合協(xié)同辦公設(shè)計(jì)要求,可以正常運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, office automation as the representative of the rapid development of corporate management. The role of information technology in the field of economic management is becoming more and more obvious. The development of cooperative office software has promoted the system reform, improved office efficiency, and become the first choice of modern information construction of enterprises and institutions. If these enterprises can not adapt to the revolution, they will gradually be overwhelmed by the wave of revolution. In enterprises, the application of information technology is not limited to the collection and storage of commercial data, but has gradually become a part of the daily office of enterprises. As a result, an automated office system and a collaborative office system are derived. Among them, the role of cooperative office system has been widely recognized, and gradually popularized. Based on the analysis of the requirements of cooperative office and related technologies of the industry, this paper designs and implements the collaborative office system platform according to the software engineering specification and J2EE technology. In the aspect of system development, a mature MVC framework is chosen. In order to further improve the efficiency of system development, Struts technology is chosen to implement the framework from the point of view of engineering. In order to solve the requirement of data storage, the lightweight encapsulation technology Hibernateis adopted in this paper, which can make the program developer concentrate on the realization of business logic, reduce the development cost, reduce the development risk and shorten the development cycle. The collaborative office system is composed of collaborative management module, document management module, human resource management module and process management module. In addition, the system architecture and business logic are described in detail, and the main modules of the system are implemented. Finally, the system is tested from two aspects: function and performance. The experimental results show that the cooperative office system can improve the overall working efficiency of the company and save the operating cost of the company. The main work of the thesis is as follows: (1) according to the actual situation of the company, the system is analyzed and designed, and the E-R diagram, the relational tables in the database and the physical structure of various tables are shown. (2) based on the requirement analysis and design of the cooperative office system, Message cooperation mechanism is used to realize message coordination among the core elements of process, document and personnel, and the message mechanism is involved in all kinds of events, so as to reach the necessary flow node. The program nodes or time nodes work together. (3) finally, the cooperative office system is tested. Count the number of test cases, record the number of use cases by use, the number of use cases not passed, the total number of errors, the number of lines of code, and the number of errors per thousand lines. The results show that the system meets the requirements of collaborative office design and can run normally.
