【摘要】：配置管理工具(configuration management tool,簡稱CMT)作為運維自動化的組成部分,是實現(xiàn)開發(fā)運維一體化(development and operations,簡稱Dev Ops)的重要支撐技術(shù).當(dāng)前,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)開源社區(qū)中存在數(shù)量眾多的CMT腳本制品,但是缺乏有效的層次分類管理,給快速檢索和高效利用CMT腳本制品帶來困難.針對該問題,提出一種面向CMT制品的基于在線非結(jié)構(gòu)化描述文檔分析的層次分類方法.該方法利用標(biāo)簽共現(xiàn)性關(guān)系(tag co-occurrence)建立層次類別體系,基于描述屬性特征,實現(xiàn)對CMT制品的層次分類器;并使用混合的樣本劃分方式針對數(shù)據(jù)傾斜問題進行了改進.對超過11 000例訓(xùn)練數(shù)據(jù)和1 000例測試數(shù)據(jù)進行實驗,結(jié)果表明:改進的樣本劃分方式得到的最佳查準(zhǔn)率、查全率、調(diào)和平均值分別達到0.81、0.88、0.85,較傳統(tǒng)方式查全率提高0.15,調(diào)和平均值提高0.06.該結(jié)果驗證了層次分類方法的有效性.
[Abstract]:As a part of operation and maintenance automation, configuration management tool (configuration management tool, (CMT) is an important supporting technology for developing integrated (development and operations, for Dev Ops). At present, there are a large number of CMT scripts in the open source community of the Internet, but the lack of effective hierarchical classification management makes it difficult to quickly retrieve and efficiently utilize CMT scripting products. To solve this problem, a hierarchical classification method based on online unstructured description document analysis for CMT products is proposed. This method uses label co-occurrence relation (tag co-occurrence) to establish a hierarchical classification system. Based on the description of attribute features, the hierarchical classifier of CMT products is implemented, and the mixed sample partitioning method is used to improve the problem of data skew. More than 11,000 training data and 1,000 test data were tested. The results showed that the best precision and recall rate obtained from the improved sample partition method, The harmonic average value reached 0.81g 0.88m 0.85, which was 0.15% higher than that of the traditional method, and 0.06% higher than that of the traditional method. The results show that the hierarchical classification method is effective.
