SAP與P6系統(tǒng)的接口技術(shù)研究

【摘要】：SAP(System,Application and Production in Data Processing)和P6(Oracle Primavera P6)作為當(dāng)今行業(yè)中領(lǐng)先的系統(tǒng),在各自的領(lǐng)域中發(fā)揮不可或缺的作用。SAP通過結(jié)合計(jì)算機(jī)信息技術(shù)與管理領(lǐng)域的業(yè)務(wù)流程,把先進(jìn)的企業(yè)管理思想理念與軟件系統(tǒng)有效的融合在一起,提高了企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)能力與管理水平,使得在激烈的市場競爭中取得優(yōu)勢。而P6系統(tǒng)提供功能強(qiáng)大,簡單易用的企業(yè)級項(xiàng)目管理解決方案,其中包括全局項(xiàng)目的優(yōu)先級劃分,計(jì)劃編輯跟蹤和項(xiàng)目的執(zhí)行控制,從而加強(qiáng)企業(yè)對項(xiàng)目的管理,優(yōu)化進(jìn)度,整合資源,加速企業(yè)自身的發(fā)展。隨著中海油總公司提出降本增效的號召,公司迅速在企業(yè)范圍內(nèi)推廣精細(xì)化管理的理念。為了響應(yīng)公司的號召,作者通過總結(jié)整理多年工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn),率先提出打通SAP與P6系統(tǒng)之間的屏障,通過建立接口平臺來搭建SAP系統(tǒng)與P6系統(tǒng)之間溝通的橋梁,提高信息的整合能力,從而進(jìn)一步幫助工廠實(shí)現(xiàn)廠區(qū)和設(shè)備維修項(xiàng)目的精細(xì)化與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的管理。本論文以真實(shí)的企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)接口平臺的建設(shè)項(xiàng)目為切入點(diǎn),通過查閱文獻(xiàn)和采用真實(shí)的案例和圖表,對SAP和P6系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究和分析,闡述它們的理論知識,然后著重介紹了SAP中的RFC,BAPI,ALE/IDoc接口技術(shù),同時也介紹了P6中的JCo和Web Services;再通過收集企業(yè)維修部門的實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)流程和需求,結(jié)合當(dāng)前行業(yè)內(nèi)的成熟解決方案,從功能和商務(wù)等方面有針對性的進(jìn)行對比分析,最終甄選出微軟的BizTalk Server來搭建接口平臺;在確定了方案之后,針對采用SAP的ALE/IDoc和RFC技術(shù)與P6的Web Service技術(shù)如何在BizTalk平臺實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)交互的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行詳盡的介紹;最后通過大量實(shí)際的截圖來闡述如何部署SAP、P6和BizTalk的接口應(yīng)用到實(shí)際的業(yè)務(wù)環(huán)境中。本論文著重介紹SAP、P6和BizTalk的特點(diǎn)和設(shè)計(jì)思路,探討異構(gòu)系統(tǒng)的整合,為企業(yè)中掃清信息孤島現(xiàn)象提供有效的參考。
[Abstract]:SAP (system Application and Production in Data Processing) and P6 (Oracle Primavera P6), as the leading system in today's industry, plays an indispensable role in their respective fields. Combining the advanced enterprise management idea with the software system effectively improves the business ability and management level of the enterprise and makes it gain advantages in the fierce market competition. The P6 system provides a powerful, easy-to-use, enterprise-level project management solution, which includes the prioritization of global projects, planning editor tracking and project execution control, so as to strengthen enterprise project management and optimize progress. Integrate resources and accelerate the development of enterprises themselves. With CNOOC's call to reduce cost and increase efficiency, the company quickly popularized the concept of fine management in the enterprise scope. In order to respond to the call of the company, the author, by summing up the experience of many years' work, put forward the idea of opening the barrier between SAP and P6 system, and building a bridge between SAP system and P6 system by establishing an interface platform. Improve the ability to integrate information to further help the factory to achieve the plant and equipment maintenance project refinement and standardization management. This paper takes the real enterprise information system interface platform construction project as the breakthrough point, through consulting the literature and adopting the real case and chart, carries on the research and the analysis to the SAP and the P6 system, expounds their theory knowledge. Then, the paper introduces the JCo / IDoc interface technology in SAP, JCo and Web Services in P6, and combines with the mature solutions in the current industry by collecting the actual business process and requirements of the enterprise maintenance department. Finally, Microsoft BizTalk Server is selected to build the interface platform from the aspects of function and commerce. This paper introduces in detail the design of how to realize data interaction between ALE/IDoc and RFC technology of SAP and Web Service technology of P6 on BizTalk platform, and finally explains how to deploy the interface of SAP P6 and BizTalk to the actual business environment through a large number of actual screenshots. This paper focuses on the characteristics and design ideas of SAP P6 and BizTalk, discusses the integration of heterogeneous systems, and provides an effective reference for clearing up the phenomenon of isolated information islands in enterprises.
