【摘要】：河北省農信社現存的財務報表管理系統(tǒng)是當時經濟環(huán)境下研發(fā)出的適合農信社當時經濟需要的報表系統(tǒng)。但隨著新經濟的不斷發(fā)展,信息化技術的不斷完善,該財務報表管理系統(tǒng)無論在應用上還是技術上都無法滿足當今社會經濟條件下對農信社處理各種財務報表的需求,從而導致很多種類的報表無法實現信息化管理,很多種類的數據都需要大量的人工錄入,進而影響了農信社正常的工作效率。為了解決河北省農信社現存財務報表管理系統(tǒng)的不足,同時也為了更好的適應當今經濟發(fā)展對農信社處理財務報表能力的考驗,河北省農信社迫切需要對現有的財務報表管理系統(tǒng)進行改良。本文在對河北省農信社財務報表系統(tǒng)進行改良的過程中,都是利用現有比較成熟并且貼合農信社實際需求的技術進行設計。該系統(tǒng)在網絡結構上采用B/S模式,客戶機只需安裝一個瀏覽器,就能通過web服務器同數據庫進行交互。同時系統(tǒng)采用現今編程語言中安全性較高、移植性較強的的Java語言進行設計。該系統(tǒng)在對框架進行搭建時,充分利用了J2EE架構設計理念,將設計對象進行輕量級的封裝,使編程人員在設計該系統(tǒng)時能夠更加靈活,并同時融合采用Hibernate框架、SpringMVC框架等技術將整個系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務邏輯、數據以及界面分成模型層、視圖層和控制層進行顯示分離。另外,系統(tǒng)采用當今處理數據能力較強的Oracle 11g數據庫對系統(tǒng)的數據結構進行設計。河北省農信社財務報表管理系統(tǒng)實現的功能模塊有常用業(yè)務功能、報表查詢、數據補錄、報表管理和系統(tǒng)維護五個方面。其中常用業(yè)務功能包含工作臺管理、信息公告、收藏夾管理、指標查詢和報表打印五個功能模塊。報表查詢包含財務報表查詢、合并報表查詢兩個業(yè)務功能。數據補錄模塊主要包括整表補錄和數據查看及匯總兩個功能模塊。報表管理功能模塊主要包括報表資源管理、報表發(fā)布管理、報表權限管理、報表校驗公式配置和自定義報表管理五個功能模塊。系統(tǒng)維護功能模塊主要包括系統(tǒng)基礎維護和系統(tǒng)業(yè)務維護兩個模塊。河北省農信社財務報表管理系統(tǒng)的設計與實現的完成,滿足了河北省農信社對各種報表進行信息化管理的更高需求,同時大大降低了人工錄入數據的工作量,提高了農信社的工作效率。最終該系統(tǒng)也適應了當今社會經濟日新月異不斷發(fā)展的現狀,提高了對農信社處理各種財務報表管理能力的要求。
[Abstract]:The present financial statement management system of Hebei Rural Credit Cooperative is a report system developed under the economic environment at that time which is suitable for the economic needs of the Rural Credit Cooperative at that time. However, with the development of new economy and the improvement of information technology, the financial statement management system can not meet the needs of rural credit cooperatives in handling all kinds of financial statements under the social and economic conditions. As a result, many kinds of reports can not realize information management, many kinds of data need a large number of manual input, and then affect the normal work efficiency of rural credit cooperatives. In order to solve the shortcomings of the existing financial statement management system of Hebei Rural Credit Cooperative, and to better adapt to the test of the ability of the Rural Credit Cooperative to handle the financial statements in today's economic development, Hebei Rural Credit Cooperative urgently needs to improve the existing financial statement management system. In the process of improving the financial report system of Hebei Rural Credit Cooperative, this paper makes use of the existing mature technology to meet the actual demand of the Rural Credit Cooperative. The system adopts B / S mode in network structure. The client can interact with database through web server by installing a browser. At the same time, the system is designed with Java language which has high security and strong portability. The system makes full use of J2EE architecture design idea, and encapsulates the design object in lightweight, so that the programmer can design the system more flexibly. At the same time, it uses hibernate framework and Spring MVC framework to separate the business logic, data and interface of the whole system into model layer, view layer and control layer. In addition, the data structure of the system is designed by using Oracle 11g database which has strong data processing ability. The function module of the financial report management system of Hebei Rural Credit Cooperative has five aspects: common business function, report inquiry, data supplement, report management and system maintenance. The commonly used business functions include workbench management, information announcement, favorites management, index query and report printing function modules. Report query includes financial statement query, consolidated report query two business functions. The data complement module mainly includes two function modules: the whole table complement and the data view and summary. The report management function module mainly includes five function modules: report resource management, report release management, report permission management, report check formula configuration and custom report management. System maintenance function module mainly includes two modules: system basic maintenance and system business maintenance. The design and implementation of the financial statement management system of Hebei Rural Credit Cooperative meet the higher demand of Hebei Rural Credit Cooperative for information management of various forms, and greatly reduce the workload of manual input data. The working efficiency of the rural credit cooperatives has been improved. Finally, the system also adapts to the rapid development of social economy and improves the management ability of rural credit cooperatives to handle all kinds of financial statements.
