【摘要】：近年來建筑信息模型(BIM)廣泛應(yīng)用于建筑工程各相關(guān)領(lǐng)域,使我國建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型與技術(shù)升級又上了一個(gè)新臺階。為適應(yīng)新形式下人才培養(yǎng)的需要,各土木建筑類高校均在積極探索教學(xué)模式及方法的改進(jìn),旨在彌補(bǔ)并完善傳統(tǒng)課堂講授式教學(xué)方法下人才培養(yǎng)的不足�；贐IM的集中式實(shí)驗(yàn)室教學(xué),有機(jī)地融合多專業(yè)協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)理念。通過建筑工程項(xiàng)目實(shí)例的遞進(jìn)式設(shè)計(jì)制作,提升學(xué)生們在專業(yè)技能、協(xié)調(diào)組織和設(shè)計(jì)全過程管理等方面的掌控能力;通過設(shè)計(jì)成果的技術(shù)指標(biāo)比較,反映出學(xué)生們在設(shè)計(jì)理論知識和綜合分析能力上的進(jìn)步。為建筑設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)模式及方法的革新積累寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, building information model (BIM) has been widely used in various fields of construction engineering, which has brought the transformation and technological upgrading of construction industry to a new level. In order to meet the needs of talent training in the new form, all civil and architectural colleges and universities are actively exploring the improvement of teaching modes and methods in order to make up for and perfect the deficiency of talent training under the traditional classroom teaching method. The centralized laboratory teaching based on BIM integrates multi-specialty collaborative design concept organically. Through the progressive design and production of construction project examples, the students' control ability in professional skills, coordination, organization and management of the whole design process is enhanced, and the technical indicators of the design results are compared. Reflects the students in the design of theoretical knowledge and comprehensive analysis of the ability to improve. Accumulate valuable experience for the innovation of architectural design teaching mode and method.
