基于J2EE的高校教務(wù)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:高校的教務(wù)管理為教學(xué)工作的有序開展提供服務(wù),其具有工作量大、重復(fù)性勞動(dòng)較多的特點(diǎn)。開發(fā)教務(wù)信息管理系統(tǒng),是高校提升教學(xué)管理水平的有效途徑。本文以河南某高校教學(xué)管理工作為研究背景,設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)高校教學(xué)信息管理系統(tǒng),為該高校教學(xué)管理工作提供信息化辦公環(huán)境。按照軟件工程相關(guān)理論,并根據(jù)本項(xiàng)目的規(guī)模,選擇以螺旋模型作為項(xiàng)目生命周期模型。系統(tǒng)采用Web架構(gòu)模式,以網(wǎng)絡(luò)瀏覽器做為客戶端,選擇支持Web模式開發(fā)的J2EE作為系統(tǒng)開發(fā)平臺(tái)。調(diào)研分析了高校教務(wù)工作所涉及到的各項(xiàng)工作,總結(jié)歸納系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)范圍,將系統(tǒng)劃分成為運(yùn)行管理、學(xué)籍管理、課程管理、畢設(shè)管理和考試管理的模塊結(jié)構(gòu)。分析了各功能模塊中所包含的具體業(yè)務(wù),形成了系統(tǒng)功能需求分析模型。調(diào)研分析了高校教務(wù)工作中各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)的執(zhí)行過程,創(chuàng)建了業(yè)務(wù)流程分析模型。分析了高校教務(wù)信息系統(tǒng)的各模塊對(duì)于數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)的需求,設(shè)計(jì)了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)概念模型與關(guān)系模型。采用J2EE技術(shù)平臺(tái)的JSP、Servlet、JDBC技術(shù)組合構(gòu)建了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)環(huán)境,并設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的功能層次結(jié)構(gòu)劃分模型。基于系統(tǒng)的功能層次結(jié)構(gòu)劃分,設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)各項(xiàng)功能實(shí)現(xiàn)所對(duì)應(yīng)的業(yè)務(wù)類及其方法。運(yùn)用程序編碼IDE工具軟件,編寫了應(yīng)用程序代碼。開發(fā)了系統(tǒng)的各靜態(tài)界面、動(dòng)態(tài)界面。設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試模型,通過檢測(cè)表明軟件系統(tǒng)達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)。高校教務(wù)信息系統(tǒng)部署在學(xué)校的網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心,用戶能夠通過校園網(wǎng)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)訪問該系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,全面提升了高校教務(wù)工作效率。
[Abstract]:The management of educational administration in colleges and universities provides service for the orderly development of teaching work, which has the characteristics of heavy workload and more repetitive work. Developing educational administration information management system is an effective way to improve teaching management level in colleges and universities. Based on the research background of teaching management work in a certain university in Henan province, this paper designs and develops a teaching information management system in colleges and universities, and provides an information office environment for the teaching management work in that university. According to the theory of software engineering and the scale of the project, the spiral model is chosen as the project life cycle model. The system adopts Web architecture mode, web browser as the client, and J2EE which supports the development of Web mode as the system development platform. This paper investigates and analyzes all kinds of work involved in the work of educational administration in colleges and universities, summarizes the business scope of the system, and divides the system into modules of operation management, student status management, curriculum management, graduate management and examination management. The specific services contained in each functional module are analyzed, and the system functional requirement analysis model is formed. This paper investigates and analyzes the execution process of all kinds of business in educational administration in colleges and universities, and establishes a business process analysis model. This paper analyzes the demand for data storage in each module of educational administration information system in colleges and universities, and designs the conceptual model and relational model of database. The system development environment is constructed by using the J2EE technology platform of JSP servlet and JDBC, and the functional hierarchy partition model of the system is designed. Based on the functional hierarchy of the system, the corresponding business classes and methods are designed. Use program coding IDE tool software, write the application code. The static interface and dynamic interface of the system are developed. The test model of the system is designed, and the test results show that the software system achieves the design goal. The university educational administration information system is deployed in the network center of the school, and users can access the system through the campus network and the Internet. The system runs stably and improves the efficiency of educational administration in colleges and universities.
