【摘要】：近年來,隨著移動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)的快速發(fā)展,越來越多的學(xué)生開始通過移動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)平臺進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí),在學(xué)習(xí)過程中產(chǎn)生了大量的學(xué)習(xí)行為數(shù)據(jù)。這些數(shù)據(jù)隱含了學(xué)習(xí)者的學(xué)習(xí)風(fēng)格、學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)度、終端設(shè)備狀態(tài)、地理位置等重要信息,但是傳統(tǒng)的學(xué)習(xí)行為分析系統(tǒng)一般是針對基于Web的網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)數(shù)據(jù)而設(shè)計(jì)的,并不能完全適用于移動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)平臺。基于上述背景,本文設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)應(yīng)用于移動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)平臺的學(xué)習(xí)行為數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析系統(tǒng),對學(xué)習(xí)行為數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行采集、存儲(chǔ)和分析,并在移動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)平臺上進(jìn)行可視化呈現(xiàn)。系統(tǒng)不僅能幫助學(xué)習(xí)者監(jiān)控自己的學(xué)習(xí)過程,幫助教師調(diào)整教學(xué)計(jì)劃與開展個(gè)性化指導(dǎo),還能幫助管理者監(jiān)控移動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)平臺的使用和推廣情況等。本文首先研究了移動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)行為的相關(guān)理論,以及統(tǒng)計(jì)分析系統(tǒng)所需相關(guān)技術(shù),為系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)提供理論指導(dǎo)與技術(shù)支持。在詳細(xì)分析了學(xué)習(xí)者、教師和管理者的需求后,確定了移動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)指標(biāo),將統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)分為用戶在線統(tǒng)計(jì)、學(xué)習(xí)工具統(tǒng)計(jì)和終端設(shè)備統(tǒng)計(jì)三大類。其次,依據(jù)用戶需求與移動(dòng)終端的特性,設(shè)計(jì)了專門的數(shù)據(jù)采集機(jī)制,統(tǒng)計(jì)分析機(jī)制和可視化交互呈現(xiàn)機(jī)制,分別應(yīng)用于統(tǒng)計(jì)分析系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析模塊和可視化呈現(xiàn)模塊。數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊采用改進(jìn)心跳包機(jī)制,向傳統(tǒng)心跳包中添加校驗(yàn)碼和狀態(tài)碼,保證數(shù)據(jù)包的傳輸質(zhì)量并減輕服務(wù)器的工作負(fù)荷。統(tǒng)計(jì)分析服務(wù)器提供統(tǒng)一的接口服務(wù)與定時(shí)服務(wù),簡化了客戶端的代碼復(fù)雜度,并支持了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析服務(wù)的擴(kuò)展性。可視化呈現(xiàn)模塊采用第三方提供的視圖組件,讓用戶可以在移動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)平臺隨時(shí)隨地查看自己的學(xué)習(xí)過程。最后,進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)測試,初步驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)的可行性。并對系統(tǒng)的使用情況進(jìn)行了初步分析,為進(jìn)一步研究移動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)行為提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of mobile learning, more and more students begin to learn through mobile learning platform. These data contain important information such as learning style, learning progress, terminal equipment status, geographical location and so on. However, the traditional learning behavior analysis system is generally designed for web-based learning data. Not completely applicable to mobile learning platform. Based on the above background, this paper designs a statistical analysis system of learning behavior data applied to mobile learning platform. It collects, stores and analyzes the learning behavior data, and visualizes the data on the mobile learning platform. The system can not only help learners monitor their learning process, help teachers adjust their teaching plan and carry out individualized instruction, but also help managers monitor the use and promotion of mobile learning platform. This paper first studies the related theories of mobile learning behavior and the related technologies needed by the statistical analysis system to provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the design and implementation of the system. After analyzing the needs of learners, teachers and managers in detail, the statistical index of mobile learning data is determined, which is divided into three categories: online statistics for users, statistics for learning tools and statistics for terminal devices. Secondly, according to the requirements of users and the characteristics of mobile terminals, a special data acquisition mechanism, a statistical analysis mechanism and a visual interactive presentation mechanism are designed, respectively, which are applied to the data acquisition module of the statistical analysis system. The data acquisition module adopts the improved heartbeat packet mechanism and adds check and status codes to the traditional heartbeat packet to ensure the transmission quality of the packet and reduce the workload of the server. The statistical analysis server provides uniform interface service and timing service, which simplifies the code complexity of the client and supports the expansibility of the statistical analysis service. The visual presentation module adopts the view component provided by the third party, which enables users to view their learning process anytime and anywhere in the mobile learning platform. Finally, the system is tested and the feasibility of the system is preliminarily verified. The use of the system is analyzed preliminarily to provide the basis for further study of mobile learning behavior.
