大型設(shè)計企業(yè)分布式協(xié)同設(shè)計管理系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:國內(nèi)對于協(xié)同設(shè)計的應(yīng)用研究較少,目前還沒有一套完整的清晰的工作流程來指導(dǎo)設(shè)計師們與施工團(tuán)隊和甲方顧客之間的協(xié)作互動過程,也還沒有一套完整成熟的協(xié)作系統(tǒng)廣泛運用于實際工程項目中。計算機和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,廣大設(shè)計師使用計算機水平的提高,使得協(xié)同工作成為可能。在企業(yè)走向協(xié)同設(shè)計的路途中面臨著一些問題,比如設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的不統(tǒng)一帶來的溝通障礙和資源浪費,低效的圖紙管理造成的資源浪費和設(shè)計效率低下,協(xié)同設(shè)計環(huán)境的缺失阻礙了設(shè)計團(tuán)隊高效合作和水平提升,設(shè)計流程與設(shè)計內(nèi)容缺乏關(guān)聯(lián)造成項目管理無從落實,設(shè)計企業(yè)缺乏有效的集中存儲手段等。協(xié)同設(shè)計管理系統(tǒng)具有分布性、交互性、動態(tài)性、協(xié)作性和沖突性以及活動多樣性的特點,分析這些特點有助于為建立合理的協(xié)同設(shè)計環(huán)境體系結(jié)構(gòu)提供參考。協(xié)同設(shè)計要求企業(yè)要有完善的企業(yè)內(nèi)部設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn),這個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是所有加入公司的設(shè)計師必須學(xué)習(xí)和嚴(yán)格遵守的。同時還要建立起相對應(yīng)的規(guī)則,才能保證協(xié)同設(shè)計管理系統(tǒng)很好的運行。協(xié)同設(shè)計管理系統(tǒng)的功能通過個人工作臺,項目進(jìn)度管理,協(xié)同設(shè)計管理,基礎(chǔ)平臺體系和服務(wù)端管理五個大模塊來實現(xiàn)。在分布式協(xié)同設(shè)計管理系統(tǒng)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了構(gòu)建一體化的協(xié)同工作平臺的整體規(guī)劃,并就其特點進(jìn)行了研究和總結(jié)。將增量算法運用到存儲和消重上,從而有效的緩解了數(shù)據(jù)存儲和傳輸?shù)呢?fù)擔(dān)。通過多客戶端支持,多協(xié)同工作方式和圖紙集的運用,增加了系統(tǒng)的易用性。隨著BIM的出現(xiàn)與發(fā)展,本文還對BIM協(xié)作平臺進(jìn)行了研究。充分體現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的良好兼容性,BIM協(xié)同設(shè)計平臺與基于AutoCAD的平臺具有相同的系統(tǒng)底層數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu),充分體現(xiàn)了分布式協(xié)同設(shè)計面向未來的良好特性。最后通過分析某企業(yè)應(yīng)用協(xié)同設(shè)計管理系統(tǒng)的案例,可以看出,協(xié)同設(shè)計平臺的推廣可以帶來很好的管理效果,在推廣過程中總結(jié)了一些協(xié)同發(fā)展中需要關(guān)注的問題。
[Abstract]:There are few researches on the application of collaborative design in China, so far there is not a complete and clear workflow to guide the interaction process between designers and construction team and Party A customers. There is not a complete set of mature collaboration system widely used in practical engineering projects. With the rapid development of computer and network technology and the improvement of computer technology, it is possible for designers to work together. On the way to collaborative design, enterprises are faced with some problems, such as communication barriers and waste of resources brought by the disunity of design standards, waste of resources caused by inefficient drawing management and inefficient design. The lack of collaborative design environment hinders the efficient cooperation and level improvement of the design team. The lack of connection between design process and design content leads to the lack of project management and the lack of effective centralized storage methods in design enterprises. The collaborative design management system has the characteristics of distribution, interaction, dynamics, collaboration and conflict, as well as diversity of activities. The analysis of these characteristics will provide a reference for the establishment of a reasonable collaborative design environment architecture. Collaborative design requires a perfect internal design standard, which all designers who join the company must learn and strictly abide by. At the same time, the corresponding rules should be established to ensure the cooperative design management system to run well. The function of collaborative design management system is realized by five modules: personal workbench, project schedule management, collaborative design management, basic platform system and server management. Based on the research of distributed collaborative design management system, the overall planning of constructing an integrated collaborative work platform is put forward, and its characteristics are studied and summarized. The incremental algorithm is applied to the storage and cancellation, which effectively alleviates the burden of data storage and transmission. By using multi-client support, multi-cooperative work and drawing set, the ease of use of the system is increased. With the emergence and development of BIM, the BIM collaboration platform is also studied in this paper. It fully reflects the good compatibility of the system and the platform based on AutoCAD has the same underlying data structure, and fully reflects the good characteristics of distributed collaborative design oriented to the future. Finally, by analyzing the case of a certain enterprise application collaborative design management system, we can see that the promotion of collaborative design platform can bring good management effect. In the process of extension, some problems that need to be paid attention to in the process of collaborative development are summarized.
