大型設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)分布式協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)管理系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)于協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)的應(yīng)用研究較少,目前還沒(méi)有一套完整的清晰的工作流程來(lái)指導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)師們與施工團(tuán)隊(duì)和甲方顧客之間的協(xié)作互動(dòng)過(guò)程,也還沒(méi)有一套完整成熟的協(xié)作系統(tǒng)廣泛運(yùn)用于實(shí)際工程項(xiàng)目中。計(jì)算機(jī)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,廣大設(shè)計(jì)師使用計(jì)算機(jī)水平的提高,使得協(xié)同工作成為可能。在企業(yè)走向協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)的路途中面臨著一些問(wèn)題,比如設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的不統(tǒng)一帶來(lái)的溝通障礙和資源浪費(fèi),低效的圖紙管理造成的資源浪費(fèi)和設(shè)計(jì)效率低下,協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)境的缺失阻礙了設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)高效合作和水平提升,設(shè)計(jì)流程與設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容缺乏關(guān)聯(lián)造成項(xiàng)目管理無(wú)從落實(shí),設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)缺乏有效的集中存儲(chǔ)手段等。協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)管理系統(tǒng)具有分布性、交互性、動(dòng)態(tài)性、協(xié)作性和沖突性以及活動(dòng)多樣性的特點(diǎn),分析這些特點(diǎn)有助于為建立合理的協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)境體系結(jié)構(gòu)提供參考。協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)要求企業(yè)要有完善的企業(yè)內(nèi)部設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),這個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是所有加入公司的設(shè)計(jì)師必須學(xué)習(xí)和嚴(yán)格遵守的。同時(shí)還要建立起相對(duì)應(yīng)的規(guī)則,才能保證協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)管理系統(tǒng)很好的運(yùn)行。協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)管理系統(tǒng)的功能通過(guò)個(gè)人工作臺(tái),項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理,協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)管理,基礎(chǔ)平臺(tái)體系和服務(wù)端管理五個(gè)大模塊來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。在分布式協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)管理系統(tǒng)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了構(gòu)建一體化的協(xié)同工作平臺(tái)的整體規(guī)劃,并就其特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了研究和總結(jié)。將增量算法運(yùn)用到存儲(chǔ)和消重上,從而有效的緩解了數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)和傳輸?shù)呢?fù)擔(dān)。通過(guò)多客戶端支持,多協(xié)同工作方式和圖紙集的運(yùn)用,增加了系統(tǒng)的易用性。隨著B(niǎo)IM的出現(xiàn)與發(fā)展,本文還對(duì)BIM協(xié)作平臺(tái)進(jìn)行了研究。充分體現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的良好兼容性,BIM協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái)與基于AutoCAD的平臺(tái)具有相同的系統(tǒng)底層數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu),充分體現(xiàn)了分布式協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)面向未來(lái)的良好特性。最后通過(guò)分析某企業(yè)應(yīng)用協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)管理系統(tǒng)的案例,可以看出,協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái)的推廣可以帶來(lái)很好的管理效果,在推廣過(guò)程中總結(jié)了一些協(xié)同發(fā)展中需要關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:There are few researches on the application of collaborative design in China, so far there is not a complete and clear workflow to guide the interaction process between designers and construction team and Party A customers. There is not a complete set of mature collaboration system widely used in practical engineering projects. With the rapid development of computer and network technology and the improvement of computer technology, it is possible for designers to work together. On the way to collaborative design, enterprises are faced with some problems, such as communication barriers and waste of resources brought by the disunity of design standards, waste of resources caused by inefficient drawing management and inefficient design. The lack of collaborative design environment hinders the efficient cooperation and level improvement of the design team. The lack of connection between design process and design content leads to the lack of project management and the lack of effective centralized storage methods in design enterprises. The collaborative design management system has the characteristics of distribution, interaction, dynamics, collaboration and conflict, as well as diversity of activities. The analysis of these characteristics will provide a reference for the establishment of a reasonable collaborative design environment architecture. Collaborative design requires a perfect internal design standard, which all designers who join the company must learn and strictly abide by. At the same time, the corresponding rules should be established to ensure the cooperative design management system to run well. The function of collaborative design management system is realized by five modules: personal workbench, project schedule management, collaborative design management, basic platform system and server management. Based on the research of distributed collaborative design management system, the overall planning of constructing an integrated collaborative work platform is put forward, and its characteristics are studied and summarized. The incremental algorithm is applied to the storage and cancellation, which effectively alleviates the burden of data storage and transmission. By using multi-client support, multi-cooperative work and drawing set, the ease of use of the system is increased. With the emergence and development of BIM, the BIM collaboration platform is also studied in this paper. It fully reflects the good compatibility of the system and the platform based on AutoCAD has the same underlying data structure, and fully reflects the good characteristics of distributed collaborative design oriented to the future. Finally, by analyzing the case of a certain enterprise application collaborative design management system, we can see that the promotion of collaborative design platform can bring good management effect. In the process of extension, some problems that need to be paid attention to in the process of collaborative development are summarized.
