【摘要】：信息技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展使得學(xué)習(xí)方式和學(xué)習(xí)選擇更加多樣化,慕課學(xué)習(xí)已經(jīng)成為不可阻擋的潮流。在這種背景下,軍事理論課慕課應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,成為高校軍事理論課教學(xué)的重要實(shí)踐。為了提高授課質(zhì)量,軍事理論課慕課應(yīng)積極進(jìn)行實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新,及時(shí)改善運(yùn)行使用中存在的不足,積極優(yōu)化新時(shí)期軍事理論課的教學(xué)效果。作者在查閱大量慕課及軍事理論課慕課研究資料的基礎(chǔ)上,界定了軍事理論課慕課的概念;同時(shí),運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查、比較研究、訪談?wù){(diào)查等方法考察了我國高校軍事理論課慕課教學(xué)的最新進(jìn)展,并選取其中一種模式即高校自助式軍事理論課慕課進(jìn)行了深入調(diào)查。調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),軍事理論課慕課自出現(xiàn)以來獲得了長足發(fā)展,成為高校軍事理論課教學(xué)的有效補(bǔ)充,但在制度規(guī)范以及制作、推廣和使用等諸環(huán)節(jié)中還存在不少問題。針對這些問題,作者著力探究了提高軍事理論課慕課質(zhì)量和教學(xué)效果的對策措施。要實(shí)現(xiàn)軍事理論課慕課運(yùn)行規(guī)范化、制度化,需要政府、學(xué)校、授課教師、課程制作方等多元主體共同努力;需要各方提高對軍事理論課慕課的認(rèn)識和重視程度并完善相關(guān)法規(guī)制度;要加強(qiáng)宣傳和推廣力度,擴(kuò)大課程覆蓋面;增強(qiáng)課程制作科學(xué)性和規(guī)范性,全面提高課程制作質(zhì)量;加強(qiáng)教學(xué)適用性,大力優(yōu)化教學(xué)效果。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, learning methods and choices have become more diversified, and learning has become an irresistible trend. Under this background, the military theory course has emerged as the times require, and has become an important practice of military theory teaching in colleges and universities. In order to improve the teaching quality, the military theory course should carry on the practice innovation actively, improve the deficiency in the operation and use in time, and actively optimize the teaching effect of the military theory course in the new period. On the basis of consulting a large number of research materials of military theory and military theory, the author defines the concept of military theory, and makes a comparative study with questionnaire. This paper reviews the latest progress in the teaching of military theory course in colleges and universities, and selects one of the models, that is, the self-service military theory course, to conduct an in-depth investigation. The investigation shows that the military theory course has made great progress since its appearance, and has become an effective supplement to the teaching of military theory course in colleges and universities. However, there are still many problems in the system and in the production, promotion and use of the course. Aiming at these problems, the author probes into the countermeasures to improve the quality and teaching effect of military theory course. In order to realize the standardization and institutionalization of the military theory course, it is necessary for the government, schools, teaching teachers, curriculum producers and so on to work together; It is necessary for all parties to improve the understanding and importance of the military theory course and to perfect the relevant laws and regulations, to strengthen the propaganda and promotion, to expand the coverage of the course, to enhance the scientific and normative course making, and to improve the quality of the course making in an all-round way. Strengthen teaching applicability and optimize teaching effect.
