基于GraphX傳球網(wǎng)絡(luò)的傳球質(zhì)量量化研究

【摘要】:雖然大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)在不斷成熟,但它在競(jìng)技體育領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)應(yīng)用研究還處于探索階段。常規(guī)籃球統(tǒng)計(jì)缺乏對(duì)傳球數(shù)據(jù)的記錄,更缺乏對(duì)傳球數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、價(jià)值挖掘及應(yīng)用等方面的研究。首先,在GraphX基礎(chǔ)上將傳球數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建成圖,為傳球質(zhì)量的研究奠定基礎(chǔ);其次,提出傳球質(zhì)量評(píng)估方法PESV(Pass Expectation Score Value),相比于傳統(tǒng)的助攻數(shù)與失誤數(shù)的比值A(chǔ)TR(Assist Turnover Ratio),PESV能更全面地評(píng)價(jià)球員傳球的質(zhì)量;最后,介紹基于傳球網(wǎng)絡(luò)及傳球質(zhì)量評(píng)估方法 PESV的幾種應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景,包括傳球質(zhì)量對(duì)比賽結(jié)果的影響分析、基于PESV值的傳球路線選擇,并以華人球員林書豪為例,計(jì)算其2015-2016賽季的傳球得分期望值。
[Abstract]:Although big data's technology is maturing, its application research in the field of competitive sports is still in the exploratory stage. The conventional basketball statistics lacks the record of passing data, the statistical analysis of passing data, the research of value mining and application, and so on. First of all, based on GraphX, the passing data is constructed into a map, which lays the foundation for the research of passing quality. Compared with the traditional ratio of the number of assists to the number of errors, ATR(Assist Turnover quality evaluation method, PESV(Pass Expectation Score value, can evaluate the passing quality of players more comprehensively than the traditional ratio of the number of assists to the number of errors. Finally, the quality of the pass can be evaluated more comprehensively than the ratio of the number of assists to the number of errors. This paper introduces several application scenarios based on passing network and pass quality evaluation method PESV, including the analysis of the influence of passing quality on the result of match, the choice of passing route based on PESV value, and takes Lin Shuhao, a Chinese player, as an example. Calculate its 2015-2016 season pass score expectations.
