基于互相關(guān)和改進高斯擬合的光斑中心提取方法

【摘要】:針對差分激光三角法海面溢油油膜厚度測量系統(tǒng)中光斑圖像中心提取的問題,在分析用于系統(tǒng)標定的陶瓷量塊和所測量的石油表面光斑圖像特征的基礎(chǔ)上,采用互相關(guān)與改進型高斯擬合的算法對光斑中心進行提取。算法首先采用標準高斯圖像模板與光斑圖像進行互相關(guān),得到了保留圖像特征且光順的光斑圖像;然后,利用上下邊沿信息進行高斯計算的改進型高斯擬合方法進行光斑圖像擬合,由擬合得到的高斯圖像參數(shù)計算出光斑中心坐標。通過本算法與目前已有的平方加權(quán)質(zhì)心法、高斯擬合法、改進型高斯擬合法和互相關(guān)高斯擬合法對圖像光斑中心提取結(jié)果的比較與分析,得出互相關(guān)和改進高斯擬合相結(jié)合的方法在光斑提取重復(fù)性精度,以及使用本算法對陶瓷量塊厚度測量精度均好于其它方法,并對石油表面圖像進行了中心提取實驗。結(jié)果表明,本文算法適合于差分激光三角法海面溢油油膜厚度測量系統(tǒng)的光斑提取。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of extracting the center of the spot image in the differential laser triangulation measuring system of oil spill film thickness, the characteristics of the ceramic measuring block and the measured oil surface spot image used for the system calibration are analyzed. Cross-correlation and improved Gao Si fitting algorithm were used to extract the spot center. The algorithm firstly uses the standard Gao Si image template and the spot image to correlate each other to get the smooth spot image, which retains the feature of the image, and then, By using the upper and lower edge information of Gao Si, the modified Gao Si fitting method is used to fit the spot image, and then the coordinates of the center of the spot are calculated from the parameters of the image obtained from the fitting. Through the comparison and analysis between this algorithm and the existing square weighted centroid method, Gao Si fitting method, improved Gao Si fitting method and cross-correlation Gao Si fitting method, the image spot center extraction results are compared and analyzed. It is concluded that the combination of cross-correlation and improved Gao Si fitting method is better than other methods in the reproducibility of spot extraction, and the accuracy of measuring the thickness of ceramic measuring blocks by this algorithm is better than that of other methods, and the center extraction experiment of oil surface image is carried out. The results show that the proposed algorithm is suitable for spot extraction of oil spill film thickness measurement system using differential laser triangulation.
