【摘要】：本系統(tǒng)主要從民辦高校出發(fā),根據(jù)學(xué)院的實際生產(chǎn)需求設(shè)計教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)將實現(xiàn)對學(xué)校的教務(wù)活動的綜合管理。開發(fā)系統(tǒng)的主要目的是實現(xiàn)教務(wù)信息化,其次將教務(wù)系統(tǒng)的部分功能移動平臺化,放到智能手機上使用,再者跟進國家對于高校學(xué)生管理工作信息化的建設(shè)步伐,使得各項工作規(guī)范化,減少教務(wù)工作的人力投入,方便系統(tǒng)的全面管理。論文使用了軟件工程的規(guī)范與方法。文中先對大方向的需求進行解析,對國內(nèi)外系統(tǒng)建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀分析,對比了當前國內(nèi)教務(wù)系統(tǒng),分析了不足之處,然后介紹了系統(tǒng)建設(shè)需要的技術(shù),再次針對系統(tǒng)的使用環(huán)境進行細致的敘述,確定了系統(tǒng)整體需求,處理好數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計問題,全面梳理系統(tǒng)功能模型,在Visio的支持下處理好數(shù)據(jù)庫的整體設(shè)計問題,系統(tǒng)的基本功能得以實現(xiàn),實現(xiàn)了事先確定的目標,具有實用性強、交互友好、復(fù)用性高的特點。系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)過程嚴格按照需求分析、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的內(nèi)容,在項目開發(fā)上遵照軟件工程規(guī)范,在項目文檔上遵從軟件標準。
[Abstract]:This system mainly from the private colleges and universities, according to the actual production requirements of colleges to design educational administration management system. The system will realize the comprehensive management of the school's educational administration activities. The main purpose of the development system is to realize the educational administration informatization. Secondly, the part of the educational administration system's function mobile platform will be used on the smart phone. Furthermore, we will follow up the pace of the national information construction for the university students' management work. Make each work standardized, reduce the manpower input of educational work, facilitate the overall management of the system. The paper uses the software engineering specifications and methods. This paper first analyzes the demand of the general direction, analyzes the present situation of the system construction at home and abroad, compares the current domestic educational administration system, analyzes the shortcomings, and then introduces the technology needed for the system construction. Thirdly, according to the detailed description of the use environment of the system, it determines the overall requirement of the system, handles the design problem of the database, combs the function model of the system, and deals with the whole design problem of the database under the support of Visio. The basic function of the system can be realized and the predetermined goal is achieved. It has the characteristics of strong practicability, friendly interaction and high reusability. The implementation process of the system is strictly according to the requirement analysis, the content of the structure design, the software engineering specification in the project development, and the software standard in the project document.
