【摘要】:在科技實力不斷進步的今天,行政管理信息化早已是大勢所趨,不僅可以保證工作效率,而且可以減少人力、物力、財力三方面的投資,而信息化程度也是判斷高校各方面能力與競爭力的基本指標(biāo),只有全面普及信息化,才能真正滿足科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的要求,培養(yǎng)國家的創(chuàng)新力,使高校教育達到現(xiàn)代化水平,對于發(fā)展特色高校而言,意義十分重大。現(xiàn)階段,高校管理模式存在著一定的不足,設(shè)備老化,報表、文件等方面的管理任務(wù)繁重,所以,考慮到教育事業(yè)的提升與進步,對早期的管理模式進行優(yōu)化,充分發(fā)揮計算機技術(shù)的價值有著極其明顯的價值與意義。現(xiàn)階段,通過計算機技術(shù)對各類基建工程進行管理,一方面能夠減少管理費用,另一方面能夠提升管理能力和質(zhì)量,使工程負責(zé)人作出的決策得到保障。而工程管理屬于新型管理方式,對于工程施工而言效果十分理想,實踐期間,能夠讓施工過程得到全方位管理與規(guī)劃;üこ坦芾硐到y(tǒng)根據(jù)我國管理現(xiàn)狀與規(guī)范,全面學(xué)習(xí)PMI、FIDIC等條例,借助完善的IT技術(shù),把現(xiàn)代工程管理概念、專家的經(jīng)驗、高;ǖ囊蟮热堪趦(nèi),從而強化高校工程管理能力,滿足現(xiàn)代信息化需求。系統(tǒng)本身從計劃出發(fā),將合同確定成限制條件,將進度確定成核心,將成本管理確定成目的,通過僅有的時間、資源,利用最少的投資、最快的效率達到工程建設(shè)的目標(biāo)。經(jīng)過需求分析,我們可以完成這一系統(tǒng)的分類,得到如下五個功能模塊:前期文檔與信息管理、設(shè)計、招標(biāo)信息、合同與投資、文獻資料等五種管理模塊。以此為前提,結(jié)合實際需求,對所有功能再次增添子級模塊,借此實現(xiàn)具體的操作。高校基建管理系統(tǒng)根據(jù)高校當(dāng)前現(xiàn)狀,創(chuàng)建出基建信息交流平臺,主要包含合同、文件的管理以及合作交流等功能,建立相應(yīng)的組織架構(gòu)保證信息正常流通,為所有工程管理者提供相應(yīng)的管理系統(tǒng),使管理者能夠?qū)Y源進行合理調(diào)配,本文設(shè)計的系統(tǒng)在工程管理信息化方面具備一定的推動作用。
[Abstract]:Today, with the continuous progress of scientific and technological strength, the information of administration and management has long been the trend of the times. It can not only guarantee the efficiency of work, but also reduce the investment in human, material and financial resources.The degree of informatization is also the basic index to judge the ability and competitiveness of colleges and universities. Only by popularizing the information technology can we truly meet the requirements of the scientific development view, cultivate the national innovation ability, and make the education of colleges and universities reach the modern level.For the development of colleges and universities with characteristics, the significance is very important.At this stage, there are some deficiencies in the management mode of colleges and universities, such as the aging of equipment, reports, documents and other aspects of the management tasks, so, considering the promotion and progress of education, the early management model is optimized.Giving full play to the value of computer technology has very obvious value and significance.At present, the management of all kinds of capital construction projects through computer technology can, on the one hand, reduce the cost of management, on the other hand, it can improve the management ability and quality, so that the decision made by the project leaders can be guaranteed.The engineering management is a new type of management, which is very effective for engineering construction. During the practice, the construction process can be managed and planned in all directions.According to the present situation and norms of management in our country, the management system of capital construction projects comprehensively studies PMI-FIDIC and other regulations. With the help of perfect IT technology, it includes all the concepts of modern engineering management, the experience of experts, and the requirements of the infrastructure construction in colleges and universities.So as to strengthen the engineering management capacity of colleges and universities to meet the needs of modern information.The system sets out from the plan, determines the contract as the limiting condition, determines the progress as the core, determines the cost management as the goal, through the only time, the resources, uses the least investment, the fastest efficiency achieves the project construction goal.Through the requirement analysis, we can complete the classification of the system and get the following five functional modules: Prophase document and information management, design, bidding information, contract and investment, literature and other five management modules.On this premise, combined with the actual requirements, we add submodules to all the functions again, so as to realize the concrete operation.According to the current situation of colleges and universities, the university infrastructure management system creates a platform for information exchange of infrastructure construction, which mainly includes the functions of contract, document management and cooperative exchange, and establishes a corresponding organizational structure to ensure the normal flow of information.This paper provides the corresponding management system for all project managers and enables the managers to allocate the resources reasonably. The system designed in this paper has a certain role in promoting the project management information.
