【摘要】：戶籍管理對(duì)于我國(guó)公安部門(mén)管理工作的開(kāi)展具有十分重要的意義,這項(xiàng)工作的是社會(huì)管理工作目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)的一個(gè)重要前提。過(guò)去有關(guān)部門(mén)都是使用手工的方法對(duì)戶籍進(jìn)行管理,然而由于信息時(shí)代的不斷深入發(fā)展,人口流動(dòng)性也進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng),這些都是戶籍管理工作的難度不斷加大,也因此造成了工作中許多的不便之處,所需的信息不能夠予以及時(shí)的查詢,許多數(shù)據(jù)也不能夠被很好的利用。因此,為了能夠更好的開(kāi)展社會(huì)治安管理工作,迫切的需要對(duì)戶籍管理工作進(jìn)行加強(qiáng),進(jìn)將先進(jìn)的科學(xué)技術(shù)以及管理模式運(yùn)用到戶籍管理工作中,使傳統(tǒng)的手工戶籍管模式逐漸向信息化模式轉(zhuǎn)移,形成簡(jiǎn)單、高效的戶籍管理模式,進(jìn)而使戶籍管理工作的效率得以提高,戶籍信息的錄入、查詢以及相關(guān)信息的統(tǒng)計(jì)工作也變得更簡(jiǎn)易。本文對(duì)青海海東以及國(guó)內(nèi)外戶籍管理工作的相關(guān)情況進(jìn)行了分析研究,明確了系統(tǒng)所應(yīng)該解決的一些重要問(wèn)題;對(duì)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)用過(guò)程中的各個(gè)部分都予以了分析研究,同時(shí)提出了相應(yīng)的解決辦法和技術(shù)。本文所解決的問(wèn)題主要如下:第一、使用戶能夠更好的進(jìn)行管理工作,擺脫以往復(fù)雜繁瑣的工作。對(duì)用戶基本問(wèn)題予以解決以后,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的其他方面也進(jìn)行不斷完善,以滿足用戶的需要。第二、以SSH技術(shù)為前提,采取組件技術(shù),以功能為依據(jù),可以將信息系統(tǒng)劃分為三個(gè)模塊,即表示邏輯、業(yè)務(wù)邏輯以及管理。第三、設(shè)計(jì)的過(guò)程中,以可擴(kuò)展性作為設(shè)計(jì)理念,保障系統(tǒng)的通用性以及靈活性,以便系統(tǒng)能夠進(jìn)行整體的擴(kuò)展。系統(tǒng)采用基于xfire的webservice技術(shù)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)協(xié)同,解決信息孤島的問(wèn)題。第四、開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中,系統(tǒng)采用基于百度Eharts的商業(yè)報(bào)表技術(shù)來(lái)改善數(shù)據(jù)分析效果,使數(shù)據(jù)可視性更強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:The household registration management has very important significance to carry out the management of China's public security department work, this work is an important goal of social management work to achieve. The past relevant departments are using the method of manual management of household registration, however, with the further development of the information age, population mobility is further enhanced, these is the household registration management work is becoming increasingly difficult, and therefore a lot of work inconvenience, the required information can not be timely query, many data cannot be used well. Therefore, in order to better carry out the management of social security, the urgent need to strengthen the management of household registration, into the advanced science and technology and management mode applied to the household registration management work, the traditional manual management mode gradually transferred to the household registration information model, the formation of Jane A single, efficient household management, and the efficiency of the household management work to improve the household registration information entry, query statistics and related information has become more simple. This paper analyzed Qinghai Haidong and related domestic and foreign household registration management, clarifies some important problems which should be solved in the system; the system uses all part of the process are analyzed, and put forward the corresponding solutions and technology. This paper solves the problems as follows: first, the user can better manage the work, get rid of complicated work in the past. To solve the basic problem of the future users, other aspects of the system also to continue to improve, to meet the needs of the user. Second, using SSH technology as the premise, take the component technology to function as the basis, the information can be divided into three systems That module, logic, business logic and management. Third, the design process, the scalability of the design concept, system versatility and flexibility, so that the whole system can be extended. The system uses xfire WebService technology to realize data collaboration, solve the problem of information island development. Fourth. In the process of Business Report system based on Baidu Eharts technology to improve the data analysis results, the data of strong visibility.
