【摘要】：體數(shù)據(jù)分類是體繪制中傳遞函數(shù)設(shè)計的核心問題.標(biāo)量值-梯度模直方圖作為表征體數(shù)據(jù)的一種經(jīng)典二維特征空間,已被廣泛應(yīng)用于分類體數(shù)據(jù).然而,大部分已有方法存在過于依賴分類算法的參數(shù)設(shè)置、運(yùn)算效率低、交互復(fù)雜度高等問題.以標(biāo)量值-梯度模直方圖的密度分布為基礎(chǔ),并依據(jù)物質(zhì)中心密度大且物質(zhì)中心間距離遠(yuǎn)這一特性,首先快速計算每個數(shù)據(jù)點的密度及每個數(shù)據(jù)點到比其密度大的點的最小距離;然后,將所有數(shù)據(jù)點投影到密度-距離圖,并以密度-距離圖作為人機(jī)接口,使用戶能夠交互地選擇多個密度中心來分類體數(shù)據(jù)并設(shè)置傳遞函數(shù).通過多組實驗驗證,所提出的方法無需預(yù)設(shè)物質(zhì)類別的數(shù)量,分割標(biāo)量值-梯度模直方圖的準(zhǔn)確度較高且速度較快,所設(shè)計的密度-距離圖是一個有效的人機(jī)交互接口,可以有效地引導(dǎo)用戶完成由粗糙到精細(xì)的遞進(jìn)式體數(shù)據(jù)分類和可視化過程.
[Abstract]:Volume data classification is the core problem of transfer function design in volume rendering. As a classical two-dimensional feature space to represent volume data scalar Value-gradient Modular histogram has been widely used in classifying volume data. Most of the existing methods are too dependent on the parameter setting of the classification algorithm, the operation efficiency is low, the interaction complexity is high, and so on, which is based on the density distribution of scalar value-gradient mode histogram. The density of each data point and the minimum distance from each data point to the point larger than the density of each data point are calculated quickly according to the characteristics of the density of the material center and the distance between the material center and the material center. Then, all the data points are projected to the density-distance graph, and the density-distance graph is used as the man-machine interface. It enables users to interactively select multiple density centers to classify volume data and set transfer functions. Through multiple experiments, the proposed method does not need to preset the number of material categories. The segmentation scalar value-gradient mode histogram has high accuracy and high speed. The density-distance map is an effective man-machine interface. It can effectively guide users to complete the process of classification and visualization of progressive volume data from rough to fine.
