顆粒濃度對含顆粒油液動(dòng)態(tài)特性的影響

【摘要】:為了控制油液中顆粒物,降低對設(shè)備運(yùn)行的危害,基于液固兩相流的連續(xù)介質(zhì)理論建立了含懸浮顆粒油液的偽均質(zhì)流數(shù)學(xué)模型,研究懸浮顆粒油液的動(dòng)態(tài)特性;利用所建模型對不同顆粒濃度情況下油液的速度、壓力以及顆粒物的速度、濃度分布進(jìn)行分析.研究結(jié)果表明,特征線法求解結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)吻合較好;油液速度、壓力的躍變幅值隨著顆粒濃度增大而減小,顆粒速度、濃度隨著濃度的增大而增大;顆粒濃度分布受油液壓力影響較大;偽均質(zhì)流在管路始端、中段、終端發(fā)生躍變時(shí)刻分別為1/4脈動(dòng)周期的奇數(shù)倍、1/8脈動(dòng)周期的奇數(shù)倍和1/4脈動(dòng)周期的偶數(shù)倍.
[Abstract]:In order to control the particles in the oil and reduce the harm to the operation of the equipment, a pseudo-homogeneous flow mathematical model was established based on the continuum theory of liquid-solid two-phase flow, and the dynamic characteristics of the suspended particle oil were studied. The model was used to analyze the oil velocity, pressure, particle velocity and concentration distribution under different particle concentrations. The results show that the results obtained by the characteristic line method are in good agreement with the experimental data, the jump amplitude of oil velocity and pressure decrease with the increase of particle concentration, and the particle velocity and concentration increase with the increase of concentration. The distribution of particle concentration is greatly affected by the oil pressure, and the pseudo-homogeneous flow occurs at the beginning, middle and end of the pipeline at the odd times of the 1 / 4 pulsation period, the odd number of the 1 / 8 pulsating period and the even times of the 1 / 4 pulsating period.
