血清抵抗素水平及抵抗素基因啟動子-420C/G多態(tài)性與川崎病的相關(guān)性研究

目的觀察血清中抵抗素水平及抵抗素基因啟動子-420C/G多態(tài)性在川崎病的表達水平,并對其相關(guān)性進行分析。方法隨機選擇60例川崎病(KD)患兒為KD組,另設60例健康兒童為對照組。兩組均采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附實驗檢測兒童血清抵抗素水平,應用多聚酶鏈反應限制性片段長度多態(tài)性技術(shù)檢測不同組別患兒抵抗素基因-420C/G位點多態(tài)性的差異,同時檢測統(tǒng)計其血液學相關(guān)指標,包括血白細胞計數(shù)(WBC)、紅細胞計數(shù)(RBC)、血紅蛋白水平(Hb),紅細胞壓積(Hct)。結(jié)果與對照組比較,KD患兒外周血液中WBC、RBC、Hb及Hct表達水平均降低(P<0.05),而血小板計數(shù)(PLT)表達水平升高(P<0.05),差異有統(tǒng)計學意義;血清抵抗素檢測結(jié)果顯示,與對照組相比,KD患兒血清抵抗素水平升高;限制性核酸內(nèi)切酶試劑盒BpiⅠ檢測血清抵抗素基因啟動子-420C/G多態(tài)性,與對照組相比,KD組患兒GG較CC基因頻率較低(P<0.05)。Pearson相關(guān)分析顯示,KD患兒血漿抵抗素水平與WBC、RBC、Hb及Hct呈負相關(guān)(P<0.05),而與PLT表達水平呈正相關(guān)(P<0.05)...
