目的hEXO1基因是唯一參與MMR系統(tǒng)的一種核酸外切酶,其在DNA的復(fù)制、修復(fù)、重組及染色體端粒的穩(wěn)定過程起著十分重要的作用,hEXO1基因突變和失活均會(huì)促進(jìn)腫瘤的發(fā)展,縮短腫瘤患者的生存時(shí)間。近些年來的研究表明,hEXO1基因多態(tài)性與肺癌、直腸癌、胃癌、乳腺癌及口腔癌等多種腫瘤的發(fā)生及發(fā)展均有相關(guān)性。本研究旨在探討hEXO1基因單核苷酸多態(tài)性（single nucleotide polymorphism, SNP）與肝細(xì)胞癌（hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC）遺傳易感性及臨床特征的關(guān)聯(lián)研究。方法本研究首先通過生物信息學(xué)分析篩選hEXO1基因可能影響基因表達(dá)或基因功能的SNP。通過美國環(huán)境健康科學(xué)院（National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, NIEHS）數(shù)據(jù)庫篩選中國人群hEXO1基因最小等位基因頻率（minor allele frequency, MAF）大于0.05的高頻突變位點(diǎn),篩選出hEXO1的3個(gè)位點(diǎn)：rs1047840（G>A）、rs1776148（G>A）、 rs3754...
