卡波西肉瘤病毒編碼的kshv-miR-K12-1-5p靶基因預(yù)測及生物信息學(xué)分析

目的:對卡波西肉瘤病毒(Kaposi’s sarcoma-associated herpesvirus,KSHV)編碼的小分子RNA kshv-miR-K12-1-5p進(jìn)行靶基因預(yù)測和靶基因生物信息學(xué)分析,為未來對kshv-miR-K12-1-5p靶基因的研究提供可行的方向。方法:利用數(shù)據(jù)庫PubMed、miRTarBase、TargetScanHuman Custom、miRDB等對kshv-miR-K12-1-5p靶基因進(jìn)行查詢和預(yù)測,之后對這些靶基因進(jìn)行GO和KEGG的富集分析以及蛋白互作網(wǎng)絡(luò)的分析,并對互作網(wǎng)絡(luò)的關(guān)鍵模塊和關(guān)鍵基因進(jìn)行提取和分析。結(jié)果:通過數(shù)據(jù)庫miRTarBase查詢到經(jīng)過驗證的靶基因有NF-Kappa-B抑制因子α和細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)錄因子MAF;通過PubMed查詢到經(jīng)過驗證的靶基因有抑制細(xì)胞因子信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)6。通過生物信息學(xué)分析預(yù)測得到8個靶基因,分別是PPIH、POLR2B、HNRNPU、MAGOHB、DNAJC8、HNRNPC、RBM22、HNRNPA3。結(jié)論:本次研究通過利用生物信息學(xué)的方法,對KSHV編碼的kshv-miR-K12-1-5p靶基因進(jìn)行預(yù)測,得到一...
