目的:對卡波西肉瘤病毒（Kaposi’s sarcoma-associated herpesvirus,KSHV）編碼的小分子RNA kshv-miR-K12-1-5p進行靶基因預測和靶基因生物信息學分析,為未來對kshv-miR-K12-1-5p靶基因的研究提供可行的方向。方法:利用數(shù)據(jù)庫PubMed、miRTarBase、TargetScanHuman Custom、miRDB等對kshv-miR-K12-1-5p靶基因進行查詢和預測,之后對這些靶基因進行GO和KEGG的富集分析以及蛋白互作網(wǎng)絡的分析,并對互作網(wǎng)絡的關鍵模塊和關鍵基因進行提取和分析。結果:通過數(shù)據(jù)庫miRTarBase查詢到經(jīng)過驗證的靶基因有NF-Kappa-B抑制因子α和細胞轉錄因子MAF;通過PubMed查詢到經(jīng)過驗證的靶基因有抑制細胞因子信號轉導6。通過生物信息學分析預測得到8個靶基因,分別是PPIH、POLR2B、HNRNPU、MAGOHB、DNAJC8、HNRNPC、RBM22、HNRNPA3。結論:本次研究通過利用生物信息學的方法,對KSHV編碼的kshv-miR-K12-1-5p靶基因進行預測,得到一...
