Pm52——小麥品種良星99抗白粉病基因的有效性

【摘要】:良星99是黃淮冬麥區(qū)和北部冬麥區(qū)推廣的抗白粉病冬小麥品種,其抗白粉病基因位于2BL染色體,已被命名為Pm52。利用來自不同小麥生產(chǎn)區(qū)的123個小麥白粉菌菌株進行抗性鑒定,良星99可抗80%的菌株。2012-2016年連續(xù)5個生長季抗性鑒定中,良星99在成株期對接種的白粉菌混合菌株都表現(xiàn)免疫或高抗。采用Pm52基因緊密連鎖分子標記Xgwm120和27個菌株對10個利用良星99培育的品系進行分子檢測和抗性分析發(fā)現(xiàn),衡4568、邯農(nóng)2312、中信麥99和DH51302可能攜帶Pm52基因,而鄭麥369和冀麥729的白粉病抗性基因可能與Pm52不同。石U09-4366、XR4429、衡10-5039和農(nóng)大3486苗期和成株期都表現(xiàn)感病,不含Pm52基因。這些品種的成株期抗性反應(yīng)與苗期的抗性反應(yīng)一致。本研究的結(jié)果有利于良星99的抗白粉病基因Pm52在育種和生產(chǎn)上的有效利用。
[Abstract]:Liangxing 99 is a winter wheat variety resistant to powdery mildew popularized in Huang-Huai winter wheat region and northern winter wheat region. Its powdery mildew resistance gene is located on 2BL chromosome and has been named Pm52.. The resistance of 123 wheat powdery mildew strains from different wheat production areas was identified. Liangxing 99 was resistant to 80% of the strains. Among the five consecutive growing seasons from 2012 to 2016, Liangxing 99 was immune or highly resistant to inoculated powdery mildew mixed strains at the adult stage. Pm52 gene closely linked molecular markers Xgwm120 and 27 strains were used to detect and analyze the resistance of 10 lines cultured with Liangxing 99. It was found that Heng 4568, Hannong 2312, Citic Mai 99 and DH51302 might carry Pm52 gene, while the powdery mildew resistance genes of Zhengmai 369 and Jimai 729 might be different from Pm52.
