OsmC基因在豌豆根瘤菌抗氧化和共生中的功能

【摘要】:為研究OsmC基因在豌豆根瘤菌抗氧化和共生固氮中的功能,以豌豆根瘤菌RL3841的OsmC基因為研究對象,通過同源重組獲得了OsmC基因突變株RLOsmC.結果表明:OsmC基因突變不影響豌豆根瘤菌的自生生長能力,但對無機氧化物H_2O_2和低濃度有機氧化物氫過氧化枯烯(CuOOH)都十分敏感.突變株RLOsmC感染豌豆宿主能形成紅色有效根瘤,但是其固氮酶活降低了18.3%.OsmC基因的表達不受H_2O_2的誘導,但在7 d根瘤類菌體中表達量顯著上調.表明根瘤菌OsmC基因在共生和抗氧化功能中發(fā)揮了重要的作用.
[Abstract]:In order to study the function of OsmC gene in antioxidant and symbiotic nitrogen fixation of Rhizobium pea, the mutant RLOsmC. of OsmC gene was obtained by homologous recombination with the OsmC gene of Rhizobium pea RL3841 as the object of study. The results showed that the mutation of OsmC gene did not affect the autogenic growth ability of Rhizobium pea, but it was very sensitive to inorganic oxide H_2O_2 and low concentration organic oxide (CuOOH). Red effective nodules were formed in pea hosts infected with mutant RLOsmC, but the nitrogenase activity decreased the expression of 18.3%.OsmC gene not induced by H_2O_2, but was significantly up-regulated in nodular bacteria on the 7th day. It is suggested that the OsmC gene of Rhizobium plays an important role in symbiosis and antioxidant function.
