【摘要】：目的評價Carba NP實驗在肺炎克雷伯菌碳青霉烯酶(Klebsiella pneumonia carbapenemases,KPC)基因檢測中的臨床價值。方法采用Carba NP實驗對269株產(chǎn)超廣譜β-內(nèi)酰胺酶肺炎克雷伯菌進(jìn)行初步篩查,采用PCR擴增其基因,并進(jìn)行測序。結(jié)果 269株肺炎克雷伯菌中對氨芐西林、阿米卡星、頭孢吡肟、頭孢他啶的耐藥率均85%,對哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、頭孢唑林耐藥率10%;269株肺炎克雷伯菌中,16株對碳青霉烯類抗生素的敏感性降低,Carba NP實驗篩查均為陽性,經(jīng)PCR證實13株細(xì)菌均攜帶KPC基因。結(jié)論 Carba NP實驗?zāi)芸焖�、�?zhǔn)確篩查出臨床分離鑒定的產(chǎn)KPC型碳青霉烯酶肺炎克雷伯菌,可為醫(yī)院感染監(jiān)測和臨床合理用藥提供實驗室依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical value of Carba NP assay in detection of carbapenase (Klebsiella pneumonia carbapenemases,KPC gene in Klebsiella pneumoniae. Methods 269strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae producing extended-spectrum 尾-lactamase were screened by Carba NP assay. The genes were amplified by PCR and sequenced. Results the resistance rate of 26 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae to ampicillin, amikacin, cefepime and ceftazidime was 85%.
