【摘要】：正泛發(fā)性膿皰型銀屑病(generalized pustular psoriasis,GPP)是威脅生命的系統(tǒng)性炎癥性皮膚病,目前對(duì)其發(fā)病原因尚不完全清楚。隨著2011年Marrakchi等[1]首次報(bào)道家族性GPP的致病基因,近年來(lái)關(guān)于GPP的遺傳背景研究越來(lái)越豐富。最近,IL36RN和CARD14兩個(gè)基因被認(rèn)為是GPP的致病易感基因。本文對(duì)泛發(fā)性膿皰型銀屑病的致病易感基因及相關(guān)疾病進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Positive generalized pustular psoriasis (generalized pustular psoriasis,GPP) is a life-threatening systemic inflammatory skin disease, the cause of which is not fully understood at present. With the first report of familial GPP genes by Marrakchi et al. [1] in 2011, the genetic background of GPP has become more and more abundant in recent years. Recently, IL36RN and CARD14 genes are considered to be pathogenic genes of GPP. In this paper, the pathogenic susceptible genes and related diseases of generalized pustular psoriasis are reviewed.
