采前鈣處理對黃金梨果頂硬化果實貯藏特性及PpEXPA2基因表達的影響

【摘要】:為探究采前鈣處理對黃金梨果頂硬化果實的影響,以黃金梨正常果實和果頂硬化果實為試材,對部分果頂硬化果實進行采前噴鈣處理,分別測定果實的貯藏特性和PpEXPA2基因表達量等指標。結(jié)果表明:2℃貯藏期間,正常果實、CaCl2處理果實及果頂硬化果實萼端的硬度、粘性、彈性、內(nèi)聚性和咀嚼性均呈先升高后降低趨勢,CaCl2處理果實萼端及柄端的硬度和咀嚼性均明顯低于果頂硬化果實;正常果實失重率最高,其次為CaCl2處理果實;CaCl2處理降低了果頂硬化果實的腐爛率,并抑制了果實的呼吸強度。貯藏180d,CaCl2處理果實的腐爛率和呼吸強度分別較果頂硬化果實降低了18.87%和59.70%;采收初期,PpEXPA2基因在果頂硬化果實中的表達明顯高于正常果實和果頂硬化果實,隨后下降,而正常果實和CaCl2處理果實中PpEXPA2基因的相對表達量均隨貯藏時間逐漸升高,采前CaCl2處理抑制了該基因的表達。
