飼料添加益生菌對凡納濱對蝦腸道菌群、Toll受體及溶菌酶基因表達(dá)及抗感染的影響

【摘要】:以初體重為(7.20±1.38)g的凡納濱對蝦(Litopenaeus vannamei)為研究對象,在室內(nèi)養(yǎng)殖箱進(jìn)行3周的養(yǎng)殖實(shí)驗(yàn)和2周的哈維氏弧菌(Vibrio harveyi)人工感染實(shí)驗(yàn),其中對照組每日投喂普通商品飼料,實(shí)驗(yàn)組每日投喂在普通商品飼料中添加地衣芽孢桿菌(Bacillus licheniformis)1.0×10~8 CFU/m L配制成的實(shí)驗(yàn)飼料。目的是研究飼料中添加益生菌對凡納濱對蝦腸道菌群、Toll受體及溶菌酶基因表達(dá)量和抗哈維氏弧菌能力的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在飼料中添加地衣芽孢桿菌可顯著提高對蝦抗哈維氏弧菌感染的能力,其相對免疫保護(hù)率為22.22%。與對照組相比,實(shí)驗(yàn)組可顯著降低對蝦腸道內(nèi)弧菌數(shù)量(P0.05)。感染哈維氏弧菌后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組溶菌酶(lysozyme,LZM)m RNA的相對表達(dá)量在12 h、18 h、24 h、36 h、48 h、72 h均顯著高于對照組(P0.05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組感染哈維氏弧菌后在6 h、12 h、18 h、24 h、36 h、48 h、72 h、7 d的Toll受體(Toll receptor)m RNA的相對表達(dá)量均顯著高于對照組(P0.05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果提示:飼料中添加地衣芽孢桿菌可有效提高對蝦抗哈維氏弧菌感染的能力,這種能力的提高可能是通過降低對蝦腸道內(nèi)的弧菌量,并提高抗病相關(guān)基因的表達(dá)量實(shí)現(xiàn)的。
[Abstract]:The (Litopenaeus vannamei) of Penaeus vannamei, whose initial body weight was (7.20 鹵1.38) g, was cultured in an indoor culture box for 3 weeks and Vibrio Haavi (Vibrio harveyi) artificial infection experiment for 2 weeks. The control group was fed with common commercial feed every day, and the experimental group was fed with Bacillus licheniformis (Bacillus licheniformis) 1.0 脳 10 ~ 8 CFU/m / L daily. Objective to study the effect of probiotics on intestinal flora, Toll receptor, lysozyme gene expression and vibrio Haavi resistance in Penaeus vannamei. The results showed that Bacillus licheniformis could significantly improve the ability of resistant to Vibrio Haavi infection in shrimp, and the relative immune protection rate was 22.22%. Compared with the control group, the number of Vibrio in the intestinal tract of Penaeus chinensis was significantly decreased in the experimental group (P 0.05). After infection with Vibrio Haavei, the relative expression of lysozyme (lysozyme,LZM) m RNA) in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 12 h, 18 h, 36 h, 48 h and 72 h (P 0.05). The relative expression of Toll receptor (Toll receptor) m RNA in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 6 h, 12 h, 18 h, 36 h, 72 h, 7 d after infection (P 0.05). The results suggest that the addition of Bacillus licheniformis in feed can effectively improve the ability of resistant to Vibrio Haavi infection in prawns, and this ability may be improved by reducing the amount of Vibrio in the intestinal tract of Penaeus vannamei. The expression of disease resistance related genes was increased.
