【摘要】:結(jié)合分子標(biāo)記輔助輪回選擇和田間鑒定的方法,將三黃占2號(hào)的抗稻瘟病基因Pi-GD-1(t)和Pi-GD-2(t)(分別簡(jiǎn)稱G1和G2)、CBB23中的抗白葉枯病基因Xa23(簡(jiǎn)稱X)和IR65482-7-216-1-2-B(簡(jiǎn)稱IR65482)的抗褐飛虱基因Bph18(t)(簡(jiǎn)稱B)導(dǎo)入溫恢845、溫恢117和溫恢143等3個(gè)中秈恢復(fù)系,獲得了8個(gè)兼抗稻瘟病和褐飛虱聚合系,溫恢845-G1-G2-B-4、溫恢845-G1-G2-B-5、溫恢117-G1-G2-X-B-3、溫恢143-G1-G2-B-3、溫恢143-G2-X-B-9、溫恢143-G2-X-B-10、溫恢143-G1-G2-B-11和溫恢143-G1-G2-B-37。這些聚合系及其與不育系五豐A的測(cè)交種,對(duì)稻瘟病和褐飛虱的抗性水平接近或略低于稻瘟病抗性親本三黃占2號(hào)和稻飛虱抗性親本IR65482。部分改良恢復(fù)系如溫恢117-G1-G2-X-B-3、溫恢143-G2-X-B-9和溫恢143-G2-X-B-10及其測(cè)交種對(duì)白葉枯病表現(xiàn)為抗病或中抗。改良恢復(fù)系及其測(cè)交種在正常條件下的農(nóng)藝性狀與原始恢復(fù)系及其測(cè)交種相仿或更優(yōu),具有生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用價(jià)值。研究結(jié)果表明,Xa23在不同恢復(fù)系背景下抗性表達(dá)完全,而Pi-GD-1(t)、Pi-GD-2(t)和Bph18(t)對(duì)稻瘟病和褐飛虱抗性的改良效果與恢復(fù)系的遺傳背景有關(guān)。
