【摘要】：結(jié)合分子標記輔助輪回選擇和田間鑒定的方法,將三黃占2號的抗稻瘟病基因Pi-GD-1(t)和Pi-GD-2(t)(分別簡稱G1和G2)、CBB23中的抗白葉枯病基因Xa23(簡稱X)和IR65482-7-216-1-2-B(簡稱IR65482)的抗褐飛虱基因Bph18(t)(簡稱B)導入溫恢845、溫恢117和溫恢143等3個中秈恢復系,獲得了8個兼抗稻瘟病和褐飛虱聚合系,溫恢845-G1-G2-B-4、溫恢845-G1-G2-B-5、溫恢117-G1-G2-X-B-3、溫恢143-G1-G2-B-3、溫恢143-G2-X-B-9、溫恢143-G2-X-B-10、溫恢143-G1-G2-B-11和溫恢143-G1-G2-B-37。這些聚合系及其與不育系五豐A的測交種,對稻瘟病和褐飛虱的抗性水平接近或略低于稻瘟病抗性親本三黃占2號和稻飛虱抗性親本IR65482。部分改良恢復系如溫恢117-G1-G2-X-B-3、溫恢143-G2-X-B-9和溫恢143-G2-X-B-10及其測交種對白葉枯病表現(xiàn)為抗病或中抗。改良恢復系及其測交種在正常條件下的農(nóng)藝性狀與原始恢復系及其測交種相仿或更優(yōu),具有生產(chǎn)應用價值。研究結(jié)果表明,Xa23在不同恢復系背景下抗性表達完全,而Pi-GD-1(t)、Pi-GD-2(t)和Bph18(t)對稻瘟病和褐飛虱抗性的改良效果與恢復系的遺傳背景有關(guān)。
