植物WRI1基因生物信息學分析

【摘要】:植物轉錄因子WRI1特異性正向調控糖酵解和脂肪酸合成過程,是油料作物遺傳育種工作的重要靶基因。本研究通過系統發(fā)育分析、基因結構分析和多序列比對,獲得如下結論:(1)WRI1基因屬于ANT亞族,單獨聚為一支,稱之為WRI1(ANT-Ⅱ)亞族。WRI1(ANT-Ⅱ)亞族基因按照植物的種屬親緣關系進行聚類;(2)WRI1(ANT-Ⅱ)亞族基因具有相似的內含子-外顯子結構,且相比于AP2亞族基因,與ANT-Ⅰ亞族基因更相近;(3)WRI1(ANT-Ⅱ)亞族基因AP2保守結構域內的5個關鍵氨基酸殘基可能與該亞族轉錄因子的DNA結合特異性密切相關。
[Abstract]:Plant transcription factor WRI1 is an important target gene in oil crop genetics and breeding because of its specific positive regulation of glycolysis and fatty acid synthesis. In this study, through phylogenetic analysis, gene structure analysis and multiple sequence alignment, the following conclusions were obtained: (1) WRI1 gene belongs to ANT subfamily and is grouped into one branch alone. It is called WRI1 (ANT- II) subfamily. WRI1 (ANT- II) subfamily gene is grouped according to the genetic relationship of plant species. (2) WRI1 (ANT- II) subfamily gene has similar intron-exon structure, and is more similar to ANT- I subfamily gene than AP2 subfamily gene; (3) the five key amino acid residues in the conserved domain of WRI1 (ANT- II) subgene AP2 may be closely related to the DNA binding specificity of the subfamily transcription factor.
