高通量基因型分型技術(shù)及其在水稻中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:作物種質(zhì)資源遺傳基礎(chǔ)的深入認識與高效利用,對于品種改良和糧食安全具有重要意義。傳統(tǒng)系譜考察的方法對指導(dǎo)育種實踐發(fā)揮了重要作用,隨著分子生物學(xué)的發(fā)展,基因組學(xué)和高通量SNP分子標(biāo)記等基因型分型方法可以更便捷地對種質(zhì)資源進行鑒定。就基因型分型的主要方法進行了總結(jié),重點論述了以SNP為核心的下一代高通量測序(NGS)分型方法、競爭性等位基因特異性PCR(KASP)和SNP芯片系統(tǒng),以及當(dāng)前主流的SNP分析工具和數(shù)據(jù)庫。同時,介紹了高通量SNP分型技術(shù)在水稻研究中的進展,并就分型技術(shù)在作物育種等領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用和發(fā)展趨勢進行了展望。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance for variety improvement and food security to deeply understand and efficiently utilize the genetic basis of crop germplasm resources. Traditional pedigree investigation methods play an important role in guiding breeding practice. With the development of molecular biology, genotyping methods such as genomics and high-throughput SNP molecular markers can more easily identify germplasm resources. The main methods of genotyping were summarized, and the next generation high throughput sequencing (NGS) typing method with SNP as the core, competitive allele specific PCR (KASP) and SNP chip system were discussed in detail. And the current mainstream SNP analysis tools and databases. At the same time, the progress of high throughput SNP typing technology in rice research was introduced, and the application and development trend of typing technology in crop breeding and other fields were prospected.
