能量和粗蛋白質水平對肉仔雞生產性能、養(yǎng)分消化和相關基因表達量的影響

【摘要】:本試驗旨在研究能量和粗蛋白質水平對肉仔雞生產性能、養(yǎng)分消化利用和相關基因表達量的影響。選用320只健康的21日齡AA肉仔雞,分為4個處理組,每組8個重復,每個重復10只雞,分別飼喂由2個粗蛋白水平(16%、18%)和2個能量水平(12.34 MJ/kg、13.17 MJ/kg)組成的4種飼糧。試驗期21天。結果表明:(1)能量和粗蛋白水平交互作用顯著影響肉仔雞WBG和F/G(P0.05)。18%CP組肉仔雞WBG顯著高于16%CP組,而其F/G顯著高于16%CP組(P0.05);高能飼糧組肉仔雞WBG顯著高于低能組,F/G反之(P0.05)。(2)16%CP組DM、CP和IDE均有高于18%CP組的趨勢(P=0.067;P=0.087;P=0.076),且其DM利用率顯著高于18%CP組(P0.05),但其N利用率下降了4.93%(P0.05)。18%CP組肉仔雞的AME和AMEn均顯著高于16%CP組(P0.05);與低能組相比,高能組肉仔雞的AME得到顯著提高(P0.05)。(3)隨著飼糧能量和粗蛋白質水平的提高,肉仔雞腸道營養(yǎng)物質轉運載體的表達量呈現出不同程度的下降趨勢,其中16%CP組肉仔雞十二指腸bo,+AT和CAT2的表達量顯著高于18%CP組,且其肉仔雞回腸y+LAT2、GLUT5和空腸y+LAT2的表達量顯著高于18%CP組(P0.05);低能飼糧組肉仔雞回腸、空腸PePT1、SGLT1和y+LAT2 mRNA的表達量顯著高于高能量飼糧組(P0.05)。由上可見,在本試驗條件下,飼糧粗蛋白質水平為18%,能量水平為13.17MJ/kg時,肉仔雞具有較好的生長性能、飼料轉化率;飼糧能量水平為12.34 MJ/kg時,提高了肉仔雞空腸、回腸SGLT1和回腸y+LAT2以及十二指腸GLUT5 mRNA的表達量;粗蛋白質為18%時,肉仔雞空腸PePT1和空腸、回腸BoAT mRNA的表達量較高;粗蛋白質為16%時,有助于肉仔雞空腸和回腸y+LAT2 mRNA的表達。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of energy and crude protein levels on performance, nutrient digestion and expression of related genes in broilers. A total of 320 healthy 21-day-old AA broilers were divided into 4 groups with 8 replicas in each group and 10 chickens in each group. The broilers were fed with 2 crude protein levels (16%, 18%) and 2 energy levels (12.34 MJ/kg,), respectively, with two crude protein levels (16%, 18%) and two energy levels (12.34 MJ/kg,). (13.17 MJ/kg) consisting of 4 diets. The trial period was 21 days. The results showed that: (1) the interaction of energy and crude protein significantly affected WBG and Figg in broilers (P0.05). The WBG of broilers in 18%CP group was significantly higher than that in 16%CP group, while the FG level was significantly higher in 18%CP group than that in 16%CP group (P0.05). The WBG of broilers in high-energy diet group was significantly higher than that in low-energy group. On the contrary, DM,CP and IDE in 16%CP group (P0.05). (2) were higher than those in 18%CP group (P < 0. 067) and IDE were higher than those in 18%CP group (P < 0. 067). The utilization ratio of DM was significantly higher than that of 18%CP group (P0.05), but its N utilization rate decreased by 4.93% (P0.05). The AME and AMEn of broilers in 18%CP group were significantly higher than those in 16%CP group (P0.05). Compared with low-energy group, the AME of broilers in high-energy group was significantly increased (P0.05). (- 3). With the increase of dietary energy and crude protein level, the expression of intestinal nutrient transport vector in broilers showed a decreasing trend to different degrees. The expression levels of bo, AT and CAT2 in duodenum of broilers in 16%CP group were significantly higher than those in 18%CP group, and the expression levels of y LAT2,GLUT5 and y LAT2 in ileum of broilers in 18%CP group were significantly higher than those in 18%CP group (P0.05). The expression of PePT1,SGLT1 and y LAT2 mRNA in ileum and jejunum of broilers fed with low energy diet was significantly higher than that of high energy diet group (P0.05). It can be seen from above that the broilers had better growth performance and feed conversion rate when the dietary crude protein level was 18% and the energy level was 13.17MJ/kg. When the dietary energy level was 12.34 MJ/kg, the expression levels of SGLT1, y LAT2 and GLUT5 mRNA in jejunum, ileum, y LAT2 and duodenum of broilers were increased, and the expression of PePT1 and jejunum and BoAT mRNA in ileum were higher when crude protein was 18%. When crude protein was 16%, y LAT2 mRNA expression in jejunum and ileum of broilers was enhanced.
