基于基因水平的中醫(yī)藥對(duì)失眠癥的調(diào)控機(jī)制探討

【摘要】:已知生物鐘基因、免疫基因及其他相關(guān)基因都可以對(duì)失眠發(fā)生調(diào)控作用。同時(shí),采用中醫(yī)藥干預(yù)睡眠剝奪動(dòng)物模型,可通過影響基因表達(dá)來改善腦功能及睡眠,但其深入確切機(jī)制尚需進(jìn)一步探討。
[Abstract]:Known biological clock genes, immune genes and other related genes can regulate insomnia. At the same time, the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in sleep deprivation animal model can improve brain function and sleep by affecting gene expression, but its mechanism needs to be further studied.
