【摘要】：目的觀察胃腺癌扭曲基因(Twist)、上皮型黏附素(E-cadherin)和神經(jīng)型黏附素(N-cadherin)的表達(dá)及相關(guān)性。方法行根治手術(shù)治療的61例胃腺癌患者作為觀察組,留取術(shù)后的蠟塊組織,22例距腫瘤邊緣5 cm的正常胃黏膜組織作為對(duì)照組,應(yīng)用免疫組化方法檢測(cè)兩組中Twist、E-cadherin和N-cadherin的表達(dá)。結(jié)果觀察組腫瘤組織中Twist陽性表達(dá)40例,在腫瘤與間質(zhì)交界處的部分間質(zhì)中可觀察到Twist的表達(dá)。觀察組中21例陰性表達(dá)(陽性細(xì)胞≤10%),在11例腫瘤與間質(zhì)交界處的部分間質(zhì)中可觀察到Twist的表達(dá)。觀察組腫瘤組織中Twist和N-cadherin表達(dá)的陽性率明顯高于對(duì)照組,E-cadherin表達(dá)的陽性率明顯低于對(duì)照組(均P0.05),觀察組腫瘤組織中Twist、E-cadherin和N-cadherin的表達(dá)與腫瘤的淋巴道轉(zhuǎn)移和脈管累犯密切相關(guān),Twist和E-cadherin的表達(dá)與腫瘤的最大徑和浸潤(rùn)深度相關(guān),E-cadherin的表達(dá)與腫瘤最大徑相關(guān)(均P0.05)。相關(guān)分析顯示觀察組中Twist和E-cadherin呈負(fù)相關(guān),Twist和N-cadherin呈正相關(guān)(均P0.05)。結(jié)論胃腺癌中Twist、E-cadherin和N-cadherin異常表達(dá)可以促進(jìn)腫瘤的形成和進(jìn)展,Twist在調(diào)節(jié)上皮間質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化的過程中對(duì)E-cadherin和N-cadherin調(diào)節(jié)的轉(zhuǎn)移有明顯作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and correlation of (Twist), epithelial adhesion hormone (E-cadherin) and neuronal adhesion hormone (N-cadherin) in gastric adenocarcinoma. Methods 61 patients with gastric adenocarcinoma treated by radical operation were treated as observation group and 22 normal gastric mucosa tissues 5 cm from the edge of the tumor were used as control group. Twist, was detected by immunohistochemical method in both groups. Expression of E-cadherin and N-cadherin. Results the positive expression of Twist was observed in 40 cases of tumor tissues in the observation group.
