乙酰輔酶A羧化酶B基因多態(tài)性與2型糖尿病的相關(guān)性研究
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the association between the polymorphism of acetyl coA carboxylase B (ACACB) gene (rs2268388 and rs2268393) and T2DM in Kunming Han population. Methods Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCRRFLP) and Taqman probe technique were used, respectively. The polymorphisms of ACACB gene (rs2268388 and rs2268393) of (NC) were detected in 184 T2DM patients and 70 healthy controls in Kunming Han population. The genotype, allele frequency, clinical and biochemical indexes were compared and analyzed. Results there was no significant difference in the frequency of rs2268393 genotypes and alleles of ACACB gene between T2DM group and NC group (蠂 ~ (2) 4.810) P ~ (0.09), 蠂 ~ (2 +) ~ (1.29) (P ~ (0.24). The frequency of rs2268388AA genotype and A allele of ACACB gene in T2DM group was higher than that in NC group (蠂 2 + 10.469), and the frequency of ACACB rs2268388 and rs2268393 AABB genotype in T2DM group was higher than that in NC group (蠂 2 + 10.469) (蠂 2 + 10. 526 P + 0. 001), and the frequency of ACACB gene rs2268388 and rs2268393 allele in T2DM group was higher than that in NC group (蠂 2 + 10. 526 P + 0. 001). AABB genotype was the risk factor of T2DM (OR:1.44,95%CI:1.32~1.57), and ACACB gene rs2268388AA genotype, high BMI and high WHR were risk factors of T2DM, HDL-C was the protective factor of T2DM. Conclusion the rs2268388AA genotype of ACACB gene may be associated with T2DM in Kunming Han population.
