玉米中SBP-box基因家族的生物信息學(xué)分析

【摘要】:SBP-box基因作為植物特有的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子,在植物生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育中起著重要作用。根據(jù)已報(bào)道的蘋果中的SBP-box基因保守域的相關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu),通過(guò)生物信息學(xué)的相關(guān)軟件和方法,鑒定并分析玉米基因組中所有SBP-box編碼類型基因。對(duì)鑒定出的42個(gè)基因命名并檢測(cè)相關(guān)屬性。利用鑒定出的42個(gè)SBP-box基因構(gòu)建進(jìn)化樹(shù)分析該家族基因的相似程度和基因之間的親緣進(jìn)化關(guān)系,繪制染色體定位圖分析每個(gè)基因在玉米染色體上的位置。
[Abstract]:As a plant specific transcription factor, SBP-box gene plays an important role in plant growth and development. According to the related structure of the conserved domain of SBP-box gene in apple, all SBP-box coding type genes in maize genome were identified and analyzed by the relevant software and methods of bioinformatics. The 42 genes identified were named and the related attributes were detected. The 42 SBP-box genes identified were used to construct the phylogenetic tree to analyze the similarity of the family genes and the phylogenetic relationship among the genes, and to map the chromosomes of each gene to analyze the position of each gene on the maize chromosome.
